Mens Wearhouse and Tux

It’s a Men’s Wearhouse, you should know what you’re getting into. This location however (in FSK mall) has far superior customer service than the one on Urbana Pike. It wasn’t until I came here that I began to realize the vast difference in the two locations.
As part of a wedding party, we went to the Urbana Pike location first, as is, ostensibly, is busier and is more readily available to deal with people. The associate we got was very pushy the entire time, barely giving us time to think about selections. At the end, we decided we wanted to save the information and what we had selected, and come back after we had talked suit prices with the groomsmen. After asking her if we could get the suit information, she responded with «I don’t see why not» and abruptly threw her pen at the counter and marched off to get something to rewrite our order. Now I understand it must be annoying to have to do this, but it’s not as though we were going to leave to go to a different vendor, we were sticking with Men’s Wearhouse, we just wanted to check prices before locking anything down. Her little moment seemed entirely unnecessary.
We later went to the FSK mall location and had a fantastic experience. The associates there greeted us, were friendly, upbeat and all around wonderful. I’ll make the trek out there just to work with those folks again. Their store is definitely much smaller, but you’re experience overall will be better.
