Will never waste my time going across the street to staples. This place had much better costumer service and will return here next time
I need office supplies

I’m not sure if the issue is with the local store or the company in general. My school placed 2 orders on ⁹⁄₁₂ and have yet to receive either. I’ve been working with Vicky from the Chairman’s office that handles consumer complaints and she couldn’t even seem to figure out the problem.
We ordered a desk and 2 chairs. The chairs were supposed to be delivered on ⁹⁄₁₅ and the desk ⁹⁄₂₃. The support team said the shipper returned them to the warehouse and we were refunded, which no refund was ever found by my home office. We were told to re-​order the chairs. I confirmed with the support team on ⁹⁄₂₂ that the desk was being delivered because we have to request maintenance to come out for assembly. The desk was a no show and no one will even return call as to the status of either order. Personally I don’t care anymore if our school gets a discount, I’m just going to start ordering from Staples which is right down the street and more reliable apparently.
