I was just in the Fredericks store where I purchased the mattress from Derek. extremely knowledgeable and friendly throughout the sale. I went to every other mattress store in Frederick and I felt like I was just the number. a lot of times one person would say something and then another person to come along and say something totally different. Derek take the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions and concerns. also got what I would consider an extremely fair price. and I also get next day delivery. great manager great salesman

Had a great buying experience with Jonathan at Sleepy’s on West Patrick Street in Frederick. He was extremely patient, very knowledgeable regarding memory foam mattresses and pillows, and did not use high pressure sales tactics. Had a small issue with the delivery process, nothing major, but Jonathan followed up after the sale and ensured our satisfaction.

Wifey went into a Sleepy’s store in Carroll County, and found a mattress she liked — but the sales associate was downright rude to her. Like she snapped at her questions, was bothered by our 3 year old, seemed hassled wifey wanted some inexpensive twin mattress for youth guests, and then tried to play the old«sale ends tomorrow» games. So a few days later, we stopped in a few different stores here on Rt40 — but none of them had the mattress wifey liked best. We decided to give this Sleepy’s location a try — and were pleasantly surprised that they were nothing like the other one. The two sales associates were very helpful, they honored the verbal price that Wifey got from the other Sleepy’s, and they agreed to some nice discounts when we added some guest beds to the purchase. And they gave our three year old some paper to draw on and humored him. Once they wrote up a quote, it only take a few moments of iPhone internet research right there to assure ourselves that the pricing was good. So this place worked well for us — but we’re sure hoping we don’t need to come back for another 20 years or so.
