I went to the SmartStyle Hair Salon in the Walmart today for a hair color, cut and style. I had been fed up with all the salons that I have been to over the last several years as their prices jump so much each year and each time they achieve a certain rank in their abilities. I have even been to one that charged extra for «long hair», which is any hair that reaches below the chin!!! How ridiculous! I was tended to by Cheyenne in the Frederick, MD. store. She was on time, extremely professional, very friendly and made sure I knew exactly what she was doing and showing me how to best handle doing the styling on my own. She moved quickly and was a perfectionist in every detail. She made sure I was totally happy before she would take off the cape. I will never go back to any another salon. I was given a discount for having a haircut along with the coloring and I received coupons for products I might wish to purchase (I will get a few she used at some point) and by going to their website and answering a survey about how I liked the services I had done there, I got another coupon giving me $ 2 off my next haircut! The haircut and color is perfect and my total, including the $ 5 discount for having both services, and INCLUDING the 20% tip I gave her for doing such a wonderful job was just over $ 67!!! You could not beat that anywhere for the quality service I got today! Thanks, Cheyenne!
