Value City Department Store

Such a rip off. I will never recommend this store to a friend and I will never shop here in my life. If you want to know why, please read the details below.
I placed my order on November 29^th, 2013 for a bed, dresser with mirror and night stand. They promised that I can pickup all the items before Christmas and everything was all set until I receive a call from value city before a week to delivery date and they said they are missing head stand and night stand. I got upset and after speaking with their regional manager, he gave me free shipping to my house and promised to deliver all the items on January 15^th. I received a call again just two days prior to new delivery date and when I asked about the missing items they said they are still missing and they will arrive around 15^th February. I told them to deliver everything together and today when I just received the delivery, head stand for bed and night stand are still missing and the delivery gentlemen said the missing will be coming on March 11^th. He told me the that someone just ordered the missing items yesterday.

Sadly, Value City Department store no longer exists at the FSK Mall.

I like Value City because they have a price range of products for every pocket book. If I have plenty in my wallet, I’ll go for the good stuff. If I’m short that week, I can still get what I want.
