Their hours of operation still aren’t clear to me. Earlier in the week they were only selling live crabs. On the weekend they do cooked crabs. The crabs I got there were number 1s medium. Full crabs and good amount of old bay just how I like it!

This place is easily missed but a great find. It’s located at the corner of Washington & Cambridge St, just across from Amy’s Café. Seafood: Rhappanock Oysters, Shrimp, Crab, fresh fish. It’s a tiny shop and Mr Cox and his staff will surely help you find or order what you need. I really like Rhappanock Oysters and you can buy them here by the pint($ 8bucks) or by the quart. You can buy them by the dozen to shuck or on the half-shell. They only get the freshest caught. When they are open you need to check them out. They usually close down in November. Go in and ask for Mr Cox, you’ll find out why they call him Cockeye.
