Stopped here during a wine tour. Good wine, and amazing staff. Asked if we wanted to know the history of the wines, and even the local beers they sell.

I recommend this place — here’s why: There are FOUR wineries in one stop — why not stop here when doing a wine tour? This is the only spot I’ve encountered on 290 with both wine & beer. That’s right, they cater to the champs who accompany the winos but would rather indulge in a cold one. The bartender was friendly and not pushy at all. He seemed genuinely interested in us and the one other patron(it was 11am — not too many people out yet). If you’re chilly, they sell a few cover ups. They also have delicious jams and olive oils.

The server at the tasting room is my new hero! He was so very friendly, had a great sense of humor, and was extremely knowledgeable about the wines they had there. I started with the Rosè and let him pick the rest of my tastings, and that was a very good decision on my part! He definitely made our stop a little more fun.

We stopped in after making our annual trek to Trade Days on Black Friday. This was our first visit here and enjoyed it very much. Despite poor weather, the staff kept the atmosphere light and friendly. Their engagement with customers made everyone feel welcome and soon conversations developed as if we were all old friends. Great wines, homemade bread and oils, and comfortable furnishings make this an excellent stop along Highway 290. If you can visit during the week, staff warns that Saturdays are packed!

We arrived on Wednesday September 9, 2015 when the tasting room was actually closed. However, Rainey(the Owner) opened up for us immediately and guided us through our tasting experience. We felt welcome and enjoyed the rare opportunity to meet Michael from Val Verde Winery, who was there at Vintage conducting business. We received the royal treatment from Rainey, who was«filling in» while his wife attended to other business. We are on our Honeymoon and were looking for some fine wine and port to serve to our friends and family while entertaining. Needless to say we purchased $ 200 of lovely wine and port before we left. We will tell our family and friends, as well as our work friends and church friends about this fabulous experience! Thank you for enhancing our Honeymoon! Mary and Ken Redding
