The only reason I gave it two stars is because my drink always come out right. But this location is terrible. I can’t really blame the employees though, they do what they can with two people sometimes it’s just one. I don’t find this to be efficient scheduling at all, especially during warmer days. I wish we had a stand alone location in town, the closest is in Capitola. I have come here only a handful of times because the wait is not worth the time. I always go to Capitola or Santa Cruz when I’m out in that area.

Wow, what a terrible Jamba Juice! I absolutely love Jamba Juice and generally have it a couple times a week, but this is a fist for me at this location. Jamba Juice in San Luis Obispo county, where they originated is awesome and most locations in LA, where I live are great, but wow, avoid this location at all costs. They only have one person working. She’s unfriendly, slow and genuinely seems to hate her job. To make it worse you can’t earn or use Jamba Points at this location, which is a first. I asked about Jamba points and she looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. Their one and only employee needs to be fired and whoever trained her needs to be fire along with her. I can’t believe this location stays in business. It’s horrible.

My only non-5-star-review. One reason… customer service is terrible. The young(kind) man who stepped in about 2:45 ish this afternoon is the only exception so far in all the times we’ve been to this location,(which is a lot since we live in town, and shop in this Safeway). Every other location has been awesome. It’s too bad. Side note: Peanut butter quaker smoothie is beyond amazing!
