Parking lot not plowed well at all yet a plow truck wa there to eat lol. Got the 5 for 4. Nuggets are ok, fries were good, burger was undercooked(bit cold). Even after waiting about 15 min for the food. I havent had bk in about a year. I wont be in a rush for another visit soon. At least wendys 444 can be customized with spicy nuggets and such. Not bk tho. 2 stars, worker was nice, fries were ok, everything else not so much. Fyi, we were going to return because of the sandwich but we were in howell already. Not worth the gas for it. Just wont get my cash again anytime soon lol.

Staff is very pleasant and attentive. The food is fast food so that doesn’t get more than 3 starts but if you are in a hurry you will be full. I come here for the pleasant workers who despite working at Burger King manage to keep a smile.

This is my 3rd time driving through. My order was taken & repeated perfectly. The receipt proves it. What came in the bag was 90% wrong… AGAIN. I had to go into the restaurant and get the correct food… AGAIN. Why have a drive through? Whoever cooks the food and quality controls the bagging have no idea how to read an order screen. We will never come here again. Wendys and McDonalds never screw up like this. The ownership & management obviously don’t care.

It’s amazing the difference when you get someone at the drive thru with a brain! You don’t have to repeat your order 5 times(last one with a Spanish accent) ! You get your order correct. You actually recieve an adequate amount of ketchup. As a bonus, you may even get a napkin!!! That said, most of the drive thru’s in the area are hit or miss whn it comes to service. Depends on who is working that moment. It is fast food so how good can it be? Although, the new Chipotle Chicken sandwich here wasn’t bad. I do notice a trend with some of the places lately where they seem to be hiring more«English speaking» help. Now that doesn’t guarantee your order will be done any better, but it does mean you wont have to repeat it a dozen times!!!

One time, I went to Burger King and the drive thru attendant attempted to rip my mother’s heart out through the drive thru window. She had to be restrained by two BK employees. She must have been having a bad day.

I don’t know what it is. I don’t know why your particular fast food makes me sick and other greasy, cheap chains don’t. Why does the smell of your food«char broiling» make my stomach turn? Why does the thought of a whopper make me want to hurl? I don’t know. All I know is that I hate you, burger king. And your stupid, creepy commercials.
