Their customer service is horrible! No manners whatsoever. I’ll never go there again. There’s so many other nail salon that I will patronize. NOT this place. Go elsewhere. The woman there has a zero personality.

I’ve been looking for a good place to have my nails done and I thought I found it here unfortunately, the manager is rude, loud and very unfriendly. Twice that went in she doesn’t acknowledge me.(She sits by the front counter) not a hello, can I help you, nothing. With her running the place it won’t last, too bad because I tip well.

I’m going to be as fair as I can here: the place is under new management so there are new workers there. The problem is there is only two workers! So if more than 2 customers are in the store they are shuffling around trying to service everyone at one time. For example, «you soak your feet for 10 mins before I do your pedicure & meanwhile I’ll work on another customer.» Um… No… I don’t need to soak my feet for 10 mins! I don’t walk around on hot coals! My feet are not that bad! Lol. Although there are only two employees there they really try hard to accommodate everyone. The problem is when I go to get a mani & Pedi I just want to get in and out. I don’t want to wait at all! So if you do go make an appointment & make it clear that you have no time to wait. They responded reasonably when I made this request. Also, the two employees are really sweet! Oh, another downfall is they don’t have a vast selection of gel colors. I’ll give them a few months to get their feet wet and try them again. Hopefully, they will hire more help by then!
