Dunkin’ Donuts

The absolute BEST DD I have been too. Self serve is the way to go. If only every Dunkin was like this. You can put as much flavoring as your desires. I would give it more stars if I could.

The staff here is amazing! This is probably my favorite DD around, and mainly because of the staff. Only once have I had something made wrong, and working close and in a busy store I hadn’t gotten to taste my coffee till a good hour after, when I went back to ask them to change it, it was no questions asked and a new one was made. I was even asked to try it before leaving and offered a remake again if needed! Amazing store :)

There are two DD’s on route 9 north one in Freehold and the other in Manalapan. These are by far the two best in the chain of Dunkin Donuts in the metropolitan area. I have been in many including Sayerville, Marlboro, Old Bridge, Hoboken, Staten Island and NYC. The two in Freehold and Manalapan are consistently clean, always have working rest rooms good counter service. I especially like that you can pour your own coffee from the the hot pots on the counter. Don’t worry they are set back so youngsters can’t reach them. If the coffee isn’t fresh they will always make a pot for you. Of course their donuts, muffins and sandwiches are excellent and always fresh. I travel to Staten Island a lot and have stopped using the Dunkin Donuts there because they won’t let customers use the bathrooms !

The staff is always warm and friendly. My favorite D&D in the area!!!
Mint hot chocolate is a personal favorite, as is the chocolate glazed donut.
The breakfast sandwhiches are ok, and the bagels are pretty good. Munchkins are good for a snack.

I’m going to have to knock a few stars off here. They seem to be so very busy all the time, and they don’t have either enough staff, or enough competent staff. First, the food person gave my order to the wrong person, then she tried to give me someone else’s order. I explained to her it was the wrong order and she was very apologetic and made a new order. I did not watch her make it (big mistake) because I had to go pick my coffees up from the coffee area. at this DD you can either make your own coffee or opt to have them make it. In the interest of time, since I was picking up multiple coffee orders (for me & my coworkers) I opted to have them make the coffee for me. Big mistake! My coffee was bitter, the wrong flavor (after the girl assured me it was toasted almond), and way too dark (I couldn’t even drink it!) When I got back to the office to my surprise, my bagel order was still incorrect! Needless to say, I was pissed! I like this location but they have to get it together! No one has time to run back to DD to re-​request their correct order! #Lame

The absolute best Dunkin Donuts anywhere! Staff is wonderful and the fact that I can serve myself is truly a plus. Place is immaculate and I find myself disappointed whenever I have to go to any other Dunkin Donuts in the area.

This is my favorite DD in the area. Staff is friendly. I love the fact that the drinks can be made by ME! Donuts look fresh and place is clean. Oh! There was one time we found a few pieces of hair in our wrap. Grossed me out for a bit but we always check before we eat now. I always stare at the cook and make sure that he/​she is wearing a hairnet and gloves while preparing my food. Hair could’ve gotten in there while it was being premade though!

My fave Dunkin Donuts in the area! You make your own coffee here which is a blessing if you’ve ever tried to have the brain dead in some of the other stores attempt to make your coffee! Girls here are always friendly and the donuts are always fresh! Parking can get a little tight here at times but spots do open up quickly.

I don’t get the «self serve» dunkin donuts, but that’s just me. Recently in the Monmouth/​Ocean county area the Dunkin franchises have got their service down to a science and the lines always move fast. And they make your coffee for you.
This location boggles my mind. I’ve been here twice in the past month. The first time was on a Saturday. I was next in line to purchase coffee, but the server turned his back & didn’t even bother checking to see if anyone else came in. I walked out without a purchase.
Today I needed to use their wifi, so I figured I’d support the store with a coffee purchase. There was one person on line ahead of me, and they were not being helped. This was odd, because we were on the so-​called EXPRESS «coffee only» line, and there were 2 girls behind the counter, but neither wanted to acknowledge our presence.
I would have to assume that they don’t want to sell you coffee.
