Very disappointed with their service. Brought a suit here but found it cheaper at the Jackson outlet mall. Upon returning the original suit the sales person by the name of Christina threw the receipt at me. She was very rude and impolite, will not recommend this store to nobody, specially dealing with Chritina.

I purchased a suit here just this past week. I am a very difficult size to work with(tall and skinny) and had some specific requests. The first salesman that walked up to me was very polite and worked with me from beginning to end getting the suit I wanted! I am very happy with the prices, including the cost of tailoring. They set me up well and their tailor did a good job fitting the suit to me. They also rushed the finish date of the suit for me because I needed it next day, that was really nice. I will say that within this price bracket, I believe Jos A Banks is the best option. I went to 5 other stores looking at suits and only found one that was in the same price range that seemed to be worth it. The suit itself may not be the best quality but all said and done it cost me under $ 300 so I am not complaining!

Not sure how I feel about this place. I have suits from Jos A. Bank, but they were purchased at another location. That experience was fine, but went to return a $ 62 gift that was paid for with cash at this location today, with reciept and they told me I couldn’t get cash back. They said you can only get cash for purchases under $ 50, or they’d have to mail you a check. Are you kidding me? You can’t buy a single thing in that store for under $ 50. Want to know how I know that? I tried to use the $ 62 gift card they gave me and it was nearly impossible. Cheapest dress shirt was $ 90 and it was buy one get one free. No way I was using the entire gift card and spending $ 30 for two dress shirts when I can get two from Van Huesen for $ 40 total. They didn’t even have my size. I ended up getting a scarf, priced at $ 100, for $ 40 and then some little items found next to the register. Had $ 7 left on the card but I’ll probably never spend it because I’ll still be dropping $ 100 out of my pocket. One positive was the kind sales person who helped me search for a shirt in my size. I’ll give them that.
