Nice location. Fun to hang out and listen to music and hang with some friends. Good selection in music and everyone was nice

This place is disgusting! Animalistic creatures literally peeing on the bar as other patrons are ordering drinks. Security is a joke. If you have any regard for your safety stay away!!!

Long story short, please read Google reviews and Unilocal before choosing the right place to eat/​drink and spend your money. This place (Bracco’s) is overpriced, disorganized, full of rude and unprofessional staff members, dirty bathrooms, and on top of that water down drinks. If I could give them a 0 start, I would!!!
I came to this spot on Thursday night 06÷23÷16, around 9:30 pm. I made a BIG mistake of not checking the Google reviews and Unilocal as I always do before choosing any restaurant/​bar/​business. As soon as you get to the front of Bracco’s you noticed is very disorganized, nobody is around to help you find a table, you are on your own looking for a table. Finally, after 5 – 7 minutes or so looking for the right table, we sat down on our own, and waited around 15 mins for somebody to approach us, and a least ask if we were being served, nothing happened, basically we were being ignored.
I had to take initiative myself and ask one of the crew guys for a menu… another 15 – 20 mins passed by, and nobody asked us if we were ready to order. I had to ONCE again ask the server from the front table about who was taking our order… She said somebody will be with you in a moment.
Our «assigned» server came around a couple of minutes after that, we ordered TWO drinks (water down) and one order of fried calamari with fries. The food was okay, it could have been better.
After we were done, we had to wait for the server to bring us the check/​bill, it took her around 8 minutes to get it, then another 10 minutes for her to come back and get the payment. We decided not to wait any longer and go to the cashier and pay ourselves… On our way there we found our server, she just pointed the cashier and told us you can pay over there with a attitude, not even an apology. I go to the cashier, I pay with my credit card, and I told the Cashier lady, I usually leave good tips but not this time because of the TERRIBLE customer service I had here today. She did not even ask me why or what was the reason, she was just worried about me not leaving a tip. She said «so your not leaving her a tip, I had to tell her twice not I am not.

Went to Bracco’s on Sunday for Fathers Day. What a dive this place is. Ordered my wife a rum punch that was 15.00 in a plastic cup. Mussels in White wine and garlic sauce where to big and most were closed. 30.00 dollars for a dozen of so so raw oysters. What a rip off!!! Nautical mile had to get it together, they are all caring about young people getting drunk instead of great seafood

I’ve been coming to Bracco’s since 2008 and I’ve watched it go completely down the drain the service is horrible and the prices went sky-​high for crappy food and plastic cups of punch. We went there Friday night, had to wait 40 mi Utes for a table. Placed our orders and waited 70 minutes for our food! Nothing takes 70 minutes to cook. The waitress was an idiot bimbo who didn’t even know what kind of beer they had. $ 94 down the drain. The food was swimming in grease and the calamari were rubber bands. I’ll never ever come back to this hole.

This review is based on my experience earlier Saturday night by almost 12 midnight for some drinks and music. My boyfriend and I decided to take some refuge away from the chaotic NYC scene and meet up with his friend at Braccos. We seen 4 big bouncers in total around the entrance area. While showing my ID card, I handed 40 $ to the bouncer. He responded, «it is 30 $ price for males and 20 $ for females but you guys can go inside». My boyfriend offered to add 10 $ but he gladly declined and said we can go in and have fun. We ordered drinks at the bar and had no problems at all. The prices seem to be level standard for NYC price. I enjoyed the night just lounging and talking with my bf & his friend. We left like around 2:30am and there were still people around.
Overall, we spend 100 $ on drinks for three of us.

Left $ 60 for a plate of raw tuna/​seaweed and one plastic cup full of the punch rum and mainly ice. The tuna made me sick. I’ve been in and out of the bathroom since I ordered the food around ¹¹⁄₁₂ this morning and it’s now 9pm. The tuna tasted fresh and looked good but it’s the only thing I ate all day besides a bagel… You connect the dots. The punch rum tasted great but was mainly ice and cost $ 15. Absolutely absurd. Will definitely not be coming back. Other than that, the service was fantastic and for a Saturday morning/​afternoon was lovely and peaceful.

Great place American place to enjoy with friends and family. Their coconut shrimp is to die for !!!

I ordered the $ 32 double soft shell crab plate. I wasn’t sure if the crabs had been cleaned. It came with corn on the cob and a rice pilaf. It was a lot of food, but come on, clean the crabs. The lemonade tastes like Crystal Light. The outdoor seating is the saving grace here and we had really decent service. At least the patio doesn’t stink like El Toro 28.

I really did not expect Braccos to have such good food, but it did! I am not in college or old enough to drink, but if I was this clearly would be a really epic hang out. The music, crowd, and décor really has a ‘party’ feel. But I’m just hear to review the food. For starters, the service was excellent. We had a really nice waitress and the food came pretty quickly. Everyone at my table ordered the same thing: their classic cheeseburger. It was amazing! It was not burnt, yet not flavorless and skinny! And, they listened when I requested for no lettuce or tomato. This was all we ordered, but Braccos still deserves nothing less of 5 stars based off of my experience because I literally have no complaints. I would love to eat here again!

I’m embarrassed to see the Croatian flag hanging at this establishment. We Croatians know our seafood and this was a joke. Totally overpriced! I know you have to pay more for good seafood but then at least serve me a real fork and knife, not plastic utensils and paper plates. I went with my husband and 3 yr old and left $ 100 in the hole and the only alcohol we ordered was a $ 13 mojito. Totally overpriced, overrated. It attracts douchebags like the group of guys behind us who stood up to take a photo holding wads of cash in their hands… classy…or the couple in front of us who all they did was take selfies, complete with duck lips, with their selfie stick… or the half dozen people who took out their cell phones to record other people leaving in their expensive boats because they’re super cool. Dont waste your money.

Really, really over priced… And saying REALLY is an understatement… I had one drink and the fish tacos and for just my part of the bill I was already 50 dollars deep… It’s not the money that bothered me. It was the service, the cheap liquor in the drinks, and the horrible quality of the food. Invest all of your time and money somewhere else. FOR SURE.

The food here is very very over priced for the quality. You do not get much for the amount you pay either. I have had better seafood and paid less. I’m very disappointed with the service as well. I went with my boyfriend and we ordered a the fish bowl (which was a rip off) and got it after our food was brought out. Did I fail to mention that I was given chips as a side to my lobster roll, which was very average to say the least. My boyfriend ordered the crab cake sandwich which came with 5 small crappy cakes and a small side of tartar sauce. 40 dollars for an alcoholic beverage that is basically soda. Save your money and your time! This place is cheap!

So I came here the Sunday evening before Memorial Day (⁵⁄₂₉) with a couple of buddies. Since braccos is mainly outdoor, the right music and amount of people that were here had us figure that this was the place to be. Although when we went, there was a $ 20 entrance fee per person (both male&female) which caught us off guard but whatever– in the spirit of having a good time we threw that (and our money) under the rug. We went straight to the bar and ordered one fish bowl each, which quite honestly is all you need before you get inebriated. They make their fishbowls ridiculously lethal and you’ll be feeling it by the time you finish it (if you can).
My buddies all ordered food and they loved it, especially the crab legs. They couldn’t stop talking about it the next day so definitely it’s something you guys should look into having. We waited about 20 minutes or so to get seated, and it was 5 of us in the group so use that accordingly.
Would we come back? Absolutely. Great music, adult beverages were well done, great atmosphere– most definitely a return will be imminent. Hopefully when we come back, we won’t have to pay an entrance fee!

We came here memorial weekend (Sunday). It was a group of 6 of us so we had to wait about 45 minutes for a table. We didn’t mind we just hung out at the bar and enjoyed the live music.
When we sat, we first ordered the mozzarella sticks. They didn’t taste fresh but they were OKAY. For my entrée I ordered the jumbo shrimp basket with waffle fries. There’s an option to get them breaded or beer battered. I opted for the beer battered. It came out hot and fresh and also came with both tarter and cocktail sauce. The shrimp itself was actually flavorful and the sauce just topped it off.
Our service was great and the atmosphere was wonderful seated right by the water.
My only negative is the price of the drinks ($ 15-​$ 40) since they really aren’t strong.

It seems the drunk American 20s crowd has issues with this place because I have eaten here twice with my girl and the service and seafood was high quality .
We have had raw clams, lobster rolls and shrimp stuffed with crabmeat and it was excellent. I fish a lot so I know fresh.
Not cheap but fresh seafood isn’t suppose to be so go to Red Lobster if you want cheap seafood. People who have issues with drink prices should stay in bars to get drunk. This is fine dining the unwashed are clueless.

Man has Bracco’s gone down hill.
I stopped going to the fish market years ago when the fish just wasn’t fresh anymore and the prices were through the roof.
But continued coming to Bracco’s for a quick beer and summer nights on the water.
Came here this past weekend, and it will officially be my last.
We walked in no one sat us, and we specifically walked in to the restaurant part, not the outside bar. We finally grabbed someone and asked for a table. The waitress had not a clue what were the beers available or on tap. She just stood there pretending to be cute and giggling.
The food was DISGUSTING. Burger– Ice cold bun and burger was totally overcooked. Fried Calamari– was a puddle of grease and rubbery as could be. I had to pull the paper towels over and try and remove some of the grease it was swimming in. Don’t get me wrong fried food is fried food, but there shouldn’t be a puddle of it on the plate. Mozzarella sticks were sub par.
And the bill!!! JEZZ Louise! $ 63 for a burger, calamari, mozzarella sticks and a beer! (1 bud… not even multiple beers) Insane rip off. I was blown away at the bill.

This is the Nautical Mile, I get it. For a place here, it’s not so bad.
Food:
Pretty good, but overpriced. On the plus side, it did come out pretty quickly. I ordered the $ 13 crab cakes appetizer. The two crab cakes did have a lot of crab, and the tartar sauce went with it nicely. They were smaller than I expected, but at least they tasted yummy. It also came with a piece of lettuce and a slice of tomato. Okay??? What am I supposed to do with that? Is it supposed to be a salad???
Drinks:
My friend and I split the $ 40 fishbowl. Boy, was it strong. With 5 different kinds of rum, it better be! It tasted nice and fruity after we mixed it a bit. Definitely a better value than two $ 15 ones. However, I do wish they served their other drinks with lids. It’s an outdoor place, after all. My friend was about a fourth of the way into his drink when he started finding bugs in it.
Venue:
A good place to drink and have some fun! But to bring the kids along as well? Ehhhhh. Idk. The music was decent, and we smoked some hookah after our meal in the sandy area on the beach chairs. Yes, we were drinking and smoking… and there were kids running all around.
Service:
Alright, but nothing spectacular — not that we were expecting it. It took a while for our waitress to come over, but once she did she was pretty attentive (even though we were so far away).
