Great products, wide variety of homemade items, terrific personal service. A «relaxing break» in the day with good conversation to augment what has been excellent meat. Have yet to purchase anything that was not 100% A rated by the family.

My family and I have been buying meat here for many years. This is the best butcher you’re going to find on Long Island. Products are superb.
Try a chicken/​mozz/​spinach sausage ring, you will not regret it.

Love this place! Have been going here for the last five years or so. Friendly n knowledgable staff. I order ahead of time and they have it ready when I get there! High quality meats. The marinade they use for their steaks, is the best around. I always ask them for ways to cook the meat, they have the best advice on that too!

Fantastic local butcher. A real butcher with sawdust on the floor and people that answer questions and help you. They have unusual meats such as home marinated sauerbrauten and turducken sauasges. There prices are about what you would pay in a supermarket. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
