Bay Hill Traffic and Driving School

I found them on Unilocal.They were kind enough to schedule my classes based on my timings. They were always on time. Manjeet is a great instructor. She gave me good advice and tips which helped me clear the test in the 1^st attempt. Their office staff is also very helpful!

This a very effective driving school. I found them on Unilocal and went to their website. The rates and details of driving lessons were all placed on the website so it was very easy to budget for driving lessons. Called them up and scheduled the driving times that suits my schedule. The instructor was very prompt and cheerful. The first lesson was very effective and efficient to build you confidence behind the wheel. The succeeding lessons focused on developing essential driving skills. The instructor always reminded me of the good habits when driving and we practice the areas where I need to improve on. After four sessions (8 hours) my overall driving, merging, turning, deceleration/​acceleration, steering and smooth stopping have progressed exponentially. My last session was today when they accompanied me at the DMV for my very first behind the wheel test. The instructor picked me up at my place and she was very polite and cheerful. It helped tremendously in calming my nerves (I have a bad case of anxiety) and building my confidence for the test. I drove to the DMV and took the behind the wheel test. At the end of the test, the DMV Examiner told me that I passed (almost aced it). I was so happy that I actually hugged the DMV lady, LOL… So today, I am very excited to write this review cause I definitely overcame a big hurdle today. Thank you to Bayhill Driving School for making sure I am ready to be a safe and confident driver. And a little shoutout to JP and MK for awesome pointers… :)

JP is a really great instructor! Definitely knew what he was doing. Gave great advice and paid attention to detail. He was patient and encouraging. I took a two hour lesson the day before my driving test and passed! I’ve attempted the test 3 times over the past 4 years (went to college and making time for practice was tricky) so I’ve contacted quite a few driving schools, but Bay Hills definitely was one of the most effective!

I contacted Bay Hill Traffic and Driving School for driving lessons for my wife. Received a great response over the phone and setup a 2 hour lesson. On the day we had scheduled JP came and took my wife out for the driving lesson. I get a call an hour later from my wife and I got scared a bit. Found out that someone had rear ended the car my wife was learning on. JP and my wife were both bit shaken up and the lesson had to be cut short. But in all this JP made sure my wife was alright. She went on to take few more lessons and got her license first try. I would recommend Bay Hill to anyone who is looking to take driving lesson.

Amazing. JP and Prabhjot were really helpful. They are amazing. He got the 30 minutes lesson before the test. Me and my wife just left the DMV with our drive license. I’ll recommend for sure. Next time you need a behind the wheel test or any other services, make sure to call them.

Very helpful driving session with JP on freeway driving and other areas I needed to work on (eg. Changing lanes, parking). He arrived early and there was plenty of time to cover everything. JP provided great driving tips and personal anecdotes to help illustrate key points. He let me practice driving to the destination I wanted to get to and even accommodated an extra half hour over my scheduled slot, which was greatly appreciated. Encouraging and helpful instructor who gave constructive feedback and boosted my confidence level; highly recommend!

JP is a real professional in not only teaching safe driving but he also makes the student feel comfortable (which is very important for new drivers). I recently cleared my driving test after a 2 hours of driving session with JP in which he explained some of the most important tactics for safe driving and passing behind the wheel exam. It was totally worth to take professional training :)

Please beware of the lady who answers the phone, but JP is a great guy.
He followed up with us after our bad review, and tried to make things right. And did a fairly good job. My wife felt comfortable and was able to take 2 classes and learn from him. We are still continuing with him for now. Will update this review when she finishes he lessons.

Five stars to JP — the driving instructor.
My mom (in her late 50s) recently moved to the US. She barely understands English and has been behind the wheel a handful of times. My dad gave up teaching my mom how to drive.
She took about five lessons with JP, significantly improved her driving skills, and passed DMV test in Redwood city at the first go. JP knows how to build confidence and explain mistakes even to a person with limited English.
I referred JP to my friend and highly recommend him on Unilocal

JP is great! He makes sure you’re comfortable behind the wheel before he gets technical with you. With that confidence, learning to drive becomes easy. I’d failed the test before a couple of years back and passed after just 6 classes with JP.

JP ji, my driving instructor is awesome. With just three sessions, he helped me understand what was expected of me when driving. He taught me all the rules, was patient with me and was always on time, including being flexible to my schedule. He was kind enough to come over at the very last minute to help me borrow his car for the test. I passed the test in the very first attempt and «areas to work on» pointed by the examiner were no different than what JP ji mentioned to me when he was training me. Great experience, will recommend this school to all my friends.
