Out of my network but I hope to make the switch. They do participate in Blue Shield HMO if you’re with the Palo Alto Medical Group Foundation as your Group. I had a very helpful call with Stephanie regarding CPAP machines and Sleep Apnea as they are a durable medical equipment provider in addition to their treatment practice. This is a small business, run by essentially one person as far as I can tell. When I started CPAP I wanted a more personal rather than institutional experience. If that’s what you want as well, I can recommend CPAP Success.
Stephanie was very helpful and professional in getting me set up to start CPAP. She was understanding and supportive as I struggled to get used to using the machine. When I need extra equipment or supplies, she’s prompt and adaptable at sending them to me. She’s clearly very knowledgeable in everything CPAP, and what she doesn’t have in stock she can get very quickly.
This isn’t a «doctors office» where you will sit in a lobby for an hour waiting for your appointment — she’s always been there and ready when I arrive. The flip side is you can’t just walk in, you need an appointment.
I highly recommend CPAP Success!
