These guys have been great when it comes to their service, and tasteful hookahs. If you’re looking for a place to relax, play cards, pop open a computer, or even have a good time with a few friends look no further. The environment is great, and the staff is super friendly. What makes it the best is that their hookahs have always been on point.

Came in to get a quick late-​night hookah fix and was not disappointed! Opted for the glass hookah with guava + lemon mint and was pleasantly surprised at how clean the draw was. Owners were attentive and made sure I had fresh coals — I think one even offered me a slice of cake! Definitely coming back here if/​when the craving strikes.

This place is so chill. New ownership made a hell of a difference. I love the vip section. Came with my friends after dinner, got 3 hookahs because there was 6 of us. The hookah smoked well and lasted a good amount of time (enough for 3 madden games +more in the vip section). I also tried out the glass hookah they offered and it hit so smooth! Definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area, especially if you are a avid hookah smoker like I am.

This place is better then before. New ownership and this place smacks. Great prices great hookah. 15 dollars can’t get you wrong for amazing flavor. It has a good vibe and they have a backgammon board which I always play on. Taz has great service he is really friendly and awesome ask for him.

With the new ownership this place is even better! I know they close at 1 on Sunday’s but somehow I convinced them to stay open an extra 20 mins since we arrived so late. Customer service on point and hookah on point. What more can you ask for right?

Under new ownership, really great service couldn’t ask for anything better. Hookahs always on point and they have amazing verities of flavors. Whenever I come they welcome me with open arms my fav flavor is white gummy, tangelo, and a little lemon mint. This is def the place 2 be. I love everything about it. Although I’ve been here a couple of times a little over a year ago, this review is specifically for Dream Hookah Lounge since it’s under new ownership…
I came in twice this weekend and I was not disappointed! First and foremost, it’s great to have something other than the Bowling Alley to do late at night in Fremont. Secondly, parking is ample. You can either park on the street or in the lot to the rear… both are free. Next, the place itself. Although it might seem a bit small, there’s plenty of room to be comfortable. You won’t feel cramped at all. Unlike other hookah lounges, this one is very clean. The decorations are pleasing, the effect lights aren’t too much and the music isn’t too overwhelming. In addition, there’s 2 TV’s and a projector. So you might catch some music videos, a movie, the news or even sports! The staff are all very friendly and prompt. The hookah is nice and doesn’t come across as harsh. As for the prices, they’re comparable, if not cheaper than other lounges. Equally as important: THE BATHROOM IS CLEAN!
I’ll definitely be back!

This place is now under a new ownership! I came here tonight and what can i say im shocked! The place has changed enormously! The hookah is great! The service is on point ! Great ambience! And great prices! Definitly worth every penny! The new owner has outdone himself here couldnt ask for anything more at a hookah lounge! Great place to come kick back and relax!

The absolute best hookah lounge in the east bay. The staff are pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service is on pointe; soon checks on you every so often. I also enjoy the live dj on the weekends. A must see for shisha aficionados even to those who are new to shisha.

I’m not entirely sure what’s up with 5 star reviews… but my experience here was totally whack. I will not go back. A friend of mine and I wanted to go out to hookah and seeing that this place was highly rated, we thought it’d be a good place to chill. Hookah was weak (dude didn’t even clean out the set up on the table he just put a new bowl on for us with the same juice and old ash sitting around it), there was garbage on the table and sitting area, the crowd was loud mouthed teens/​college kids, and the workers were slow and seemingly lazy. I’m definitely not going back here.

Its a cramped, noisy place in Fremont. The hookahs weren’t cleaned after use and hoses dirty. The service was terrible given that they make you pay upfront. I ordered mint tea and specifically asked if they had fresh mint. The owner assured me yes, minutes later I get a regular old tea bag with no mint. Had to get up and ask for sugar since you can’t hear a thing over the insanely loud music. Total let down and will not be coming ever

I love it when I find new places to take my friends who enjoy good hookah and a chill atmosphere. We went in around 6pm last night (when they open), and they opened right on time. It’s small, but cozy inside, and the room is lit entirely with blue lighting. Interesting vibe.
Abdul (I hope I spelled his name right), gave us 15% off because it was our first time! It’s so nice when business go the extra mile to make sure you have a great time! He also went over the entire menu for us, giving us a quick explanation of each category. Cheesecake? I will try that next time.
He recommended White Gummy Bear with a little bit of mint, which my friend and I ended up enjoying very much for the next hour and a half or so. They were very attentive in changing the coals! We said thank you every time they came back, and laughed because we must have said it 10 – 15 times or so. :-)
I love Dream Hookah Lounge, it’s really impressed me as far as lounges go. And my friend, who has never done Hookah, really had a great time! I’m so glad we came here. We were the only ones there until about 7ish, so I guess that’s when it picks up.

New spot for me in Nor Cal Fremont area.
This is definitely a repeat spot up here.
They are smaller than Sinners in Pomona but they have a good vibe, set up, and projection screen with sports on it.
Plus the music is good.
Ordered the Happy Hour special, a flavor they make Thats private but good.
Definitely will get a head change before I leave.

Never been to this place, usually go to Bijan… that is all changing! This place is amazing! Legit hookah lounge with incredibly nice staff. The customer service is out of this world and the prices are better than Bijan. Highly recommended and will definitely be checking back in.
Recommendation: ask for the godfather flavor… unbelievable!

My friend took me here on a Wednesday night. I wasn’t expecting much because first it was a wednesday night and second, it was in the middle of fremont. Once, we entered it was kind of empty but the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We ordered a mix of hookah flavors and the combinations couldn’t be more perfect. They only use Fumari tobacco so, the hookah is very smooth and delicious. They also played very good and new hip hop and the whole place has a BAY ambiance to it. Pretty soon, the night was popping and the place was full with even a wedding party joining us later on in the night. Thanks for helping us out Mo, this place was legit. Will definitely be back here soon!

I’m such a hookah snob I rarely can say this, but this place was WOW! Classy joint all around, absolutely amazing service! Our coals were constantly checked, our bowl was filtered out numerous times, every aspect of our experience from the minute we entered was superior to any of my prior experiences. I am so impressed with the hospitality, the service, the quality of the KM Hookah and all the flavors! I can NOT wait to come back with my group of ladies and try the VIP lounge. Honestly guys, this place is thee spot! They have won my patronage on such a level I can be the new ambassador! I only have amazing things to say about this place and wish the owners success with their business!!! Thank you guys for the wonderful experience we will be back very soon!!! :-)

This place is amazing. It was my cousin and I first time coming to this locations. We didn’t know what we were going to expect. This surprised us with the glass hookah. The flavor was really smooth.
All the workers made our first time welcoming.

Have to update, and am sad to say this wont be like my previous review.
My friend and I wanted to hookah so we looked online and saw that Dream opened at 6 pm. We get there at 6 and the doors are locked, and it is dark inside. Ugh. But we figure they are running a bit late, so we go back around the building to wait in the car for them to open. In the meantime we decide to call them to see if they are open, as opposed to walking back and forth. We must have called 10 times throughout the next HOUR, with nobody answering our calls. We also walked back around a few times and the store was still closed. If you are not going to open at 6, then change your hours online to reflect that!
When we finally got someone to answer our call at 7 pm, we asked what time the store opened and a rude man said 6pm. OBVIOUSLY NOT.
super annoyed at this point but we go in anyways since we have nothing else to do. We get our hookah and begin smoking it, and soon we both start feeling weird… Now we both smoke occasionally, and ive been smoking hookah for years, And I have NEVER gotten so sick from hookah in my life. We started feeling lightheaded, nauseous, and disgusting. It was so bad I had to walk outside to get fresh air! Now if it was just me fine, but my friend got just as sick! We left without finishing to say the least.
I felt sick for about an hour after leaving. I have no idea what is wrong with their tobacco or their pipe or what, but I am TRAUMATIZED. NEVER COMING BACK HERE.
