I have been coming to E&S Watch and Jewelry Repair for several years, and have always been more than satisfied. Jalil is quick, expert, and his services are reasonably priced. While he can service and repair the world’s most expensive timepieces, he is also happy to replace the band on my weathered Timex. A gem!

Excellent service. Oddly enough recommended by my wife since I had no clue that deep inside an Indian grocery store, there was this excellent repair service. He fixed my wife’s Seiko watch crown problem within a couple of hours. My wife also told me that a few months earlier he also fixed her car remote.
Prices are very reasonable and service is excellent. Nice person who obviously takes pride in his work

Great customer service. Jalil is very friendly and knowledgably about watches and gives you an honest estimate on your repair. Battery changes and watch bracelet sizing are quick. I had movement overhaul done and the price and time it took was better than expected, I Highly recommend this place for all your watch repair needs. I think this place is cash only.

BEWARE! I don’t know how this place got all 5 stars. Called this place and was told it is $ 5 to replace a watch battery. So I drove to this place and even saw the sign outside saying it’s $ 5 to replace battery. Upon giving them the watch, was told it is $ 15 to replace it. Classic bait and switch. By then I was already thinking whatever. The reason I didn’t give this a 1-​star is at least the watch works afterward. Will never come back again.

Wish I could give him 10 stars if you need a new watch battery or repair this is the place to go! Last week I took two watches to another shop to get replacement batteries and paid $ 10 for one watch and was told the other watch needed repairs. So I found Jalil on Unilocal and decided to visit him at E & S Jewelry Repair, so, so glad I did.
He immediately looked at it and put in a new battery, now my watch is working perfectly! The story doesn’t end there… when he told me it was only $ 5,I did not have the cash just cards, he gave me back my watch and told me I could pay him the next time I was in the area!!! So wonderful to that in this day and age to find a person who does business on TRUST.
I also want to mention that Bharat Bazaar has really good groceries at very reasonable prices including a good variety of British goodies. Will definitely be back!

Excellent job, fast & honest customer service. I found E&S Jewelry Sales & Repair on Unilocal with 5 stars, I have a new watch does not work and I went for a repair.
Jalal had a brief look at the watch and took it all apart in 15 minutes, cleaned and fixed addition 10 minutes. Now the watch works great! I shall return and highly recommended!

I can’t even begin to express my delight and gratitude for Mr. Jalil’s service. I brought him a watch that most other repair shops had either been unable to open or quoted me a high price to «service» in order to get it working again. Given this prior experience, I arrived at E & S half expecting to hear a similar story, BUT reserved some hope due to his excellent reviews. Luckily, they didn’t disappoint.
You can tell when you are in the presence of a master at his/​her craft and Mr. Jalil is just that. I literally could not believe how quickly he fixed my watch AND that he didn’t try to take advantage of me (his pricing was unbelievably low, to the point where I felt as though I was the one taking advantage of him.) As if that wasn’t enough, I also found him to be humble, respectful, and very professional. Without question, bring your watch and jewelry needs here — you won’t be disappointed!

My mom and I regularly shop at Bharat Bazaar for groceries. We saw that there is a stall for jewerly repair: E & S ran by Jalil near the produce aisle. My dad recently got me a ring back from the motherland that was way too big so we decided to get it repaired here. Jalil the owner is friendly and provided great customer service. He took the measurement of my actual ring size and then resized my ring with really good precision! It took less than 30 minutes and it fit perfectly. The price to do the resizing was affordable as well! We are definitely coming back here when it comes to any jewerly repair/​battery changes etc. This place is truly a hidden gem! I’d highly recommend Jalil.

I went to the place yesterday for a watch battery replacement. It is my first time there and I already save this place as a bookmark! Only $ 5 for battery change, and it only takes like 3 minutes! Very good serivice and very impressive!
This place also sells clocks. watches. jewelries, etc, and they also do key duplications. Highly recommended! :)

Can’t say enough good things about this place.
I took 7 or 8 watches with various issues, mostly batteries, but also replacing straps, shortening them etc.
Jalal (owner) fixed them in about 15 min.
ALL work great now. As has been the experience in the past.
When it came time to payment, I did not have cash and offered Credit/​Debit card. He is not ready yet with a merchant account. He told me, «no problem, you can pay me another time». I owe him $ 75, he does not know me at all. I offered my name/​address, he said, its ok, no need. Amazing amount of trust and sincerity.
I will always go here, from now on.

Super fast, super cheap. Inside the supermarket so you can also get some samosas. Also next to the O’reillys so you can get new wiper blades, and close to Mission theatre so you can see some live theater. Cool!
