The owner Ali is super nice and friendly. I bought a nanosim to microsim adapter for $ 4.99, which is $ 1 cheaper than Amazon! I was expecting to pay up to $ 10 for it. I love a small business that does not try to rip-​off its customers. I will definitely shop there more often, and I encourage everyone to support a honest business like Hookups!
BTW, the store is in the FoodMaxx plaza, next to China Express. Unilocal and Google map were not helpful and both led me astray.

I inquired about hookups services recently due to an issue with my mom’s phone and tablet, not only did I get an immediate response, but the owner was very patient and helpful. He doesn’t fix tablets but he immediately recommended other places and gave me there number. He is very honest to and doesn’t rip you off like other places. Great product knowledge and understanding, Very reasonable prices. The process is very quick and there just awesome. They offer a variety of services and have all the accessories you need for your phone. The young man solved all my problems and I couldn’t be happier with his service. First time coming here and I can’t think of a better place than HookUps to solve your issue. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The owner Ali was super helpful. I purchased a great phone there for a great price with metro pcs. He helped with the transfer of data from my old phone to new. Great service, great price. I am definitely going there again for my phone needs.

Friendly staff. Very helpful. They have quite the variety and selection of electronic devices, and the employee who helped me was able to also give me some pretty sound advice. The hdmi cable I purchased is great, the perfect length and over half off from Radioshack or Best Buy. Highly recommend.

Great place to go to for your phone. Initially I brought my phone from Best buy. I wasn’t totally sure that I had gotten the best deal so after work, on my way home I drove by this place and saw advertisements for very good deals so I decided to go in. Once there I told him my situation he asked to see my phone and told me that i had just brought a phone he was giving away for free through a promotion that i would just have to buy a monthly plan. Oh god. I had just spent $ 250 dollars at the other store where I could have just spent $ 50. So he took his time helped me out got me the promotion and also helped me with technical questions and trouble shooting. I never felt hurried, this guy was greatly informative and professional. I recommend this place.

The owner Ali is awesome! I went into the store and bought batteries and iPad cable and they were worth it. The price is awesome. When he gets Metro PCS I’m definitely going to pay my bill at this store. I am also going to buy a new phone from him and he has really good phones. He knows every electronics and knows how they work. He is very friendly and down to earth to talk to. I’m definitely going to recommend others about this place. Ali your awesome dude!!!

Hookups is hands down the most affordable electronic store in the bay area. Cheaper then radio shack and fry’s. I was driving around the shopping center, when I noticed the Grand opening sign. I went in and ended up purchasing a flashy phone cover for I phone and other electronics I didn’t intend on buying. I was able to purchase a new car charger, aux and headphones all under my budget. The owner Ali was also so helpful, usually other stores pressure you into buying. He was friendly, knew what he was talking about and saved me money. Def my new electronics store.

I’m so glad and happy that this store opened in Fremont. I went there last week, and they have a lot of stuff that I needed, the store is really nice and clean. The owner was very friendly and great customer service. I definitely recommend hookups to anybody. I got a new boost mobile service through them, my phone came out really cheap. And I love my phone. I’m definitely telling all my friends and family about this place. Thank you hookups!
