Not here to destroy the reputation of this company or complain… very much. But I recently requested quotes through this company for a hat I’m working on for an art event i’m holding. I sent the work and expected a speedy quote to follow. I waited for a week, and had to call the them to find out what was going on. I was first told«we’re waiting for the digitizer to get back to us» which is fine I guess, but some notice of this delay would have been great. A few more days pass and still no word. Finally I send an email to Kat and she responds with«MYDIGITIZERISNOTWILLINGTOMAKETHETAPEUNCOMFORTABLEWITHTHESAYINGSSOWEWILLHAVETOPASS» I wanted to use a military phrase that includes the word«fucked». So I do understand that could be offensive to some. No biggie. My problem is the 2 weeks I had to wait to receive that information. And how I probably would have never heard back from them if I hadn’t reached out to them in the first place. That is extremely unprofessional. I don’t appreciate the run around just to get denied service. She knew she would not be able to do the work as soon as she saw the art. Because of this I would never do business with this company. Even if it were something without profanity.

Dropped of jerseys for Kat as I was referred to her. Received them back and there were some issues. Wish I could attach photos for you all to view. Hello Kat, My wife picked up the jersey’s for me today. I have a few issues with them. I attached two photos, where the names are bleading through red. The lettering has a pink tint on these two jerseys. On a third jersey, which is below, the name is off center. You can see that it is too far to the left. After spending almost $ 240.00 I would expect that these would be near perfection. I know that I chose to put 4″ numbers on the front, however they are obviously too large for the jersey. I would have hoped that somebody would have called from your shop and advised that this was the case, before applying them. I will take the blame for this, as I emailed you with the 4″ numbers. Please advise what we can do to repair these three jerseys. Again, spending $ 240.00 is more then I had expected, however figured they were all going to be centered and with no issues. Kat’s response. We should of not done the job It’s very hard to put names on jersey already # & screened almost impossible. The jersey were also so small. Red is the worst color for bleeding The red came off the hole time when putting the #‘s on. We only do 4″ &8″ numbers We spent lots of time on your jersey, sorry your so disappointed. After seeing them I was shocked and wanted to not do them but I said we would. A lot of labor and time went into putting names & #‘s on them Thank You Kat Sgamba

I order anywhere from 50 to 100 shirts, sweatshirts, tank tops, etc from them every month. Our order always comes in time, pricing is low and our products always turn out looking great.
