KFC

This KFC location was way better than the other two closest to me. I went close to 9 p.m. so they didn’t have all the type of chicken I wanted, but the workers made sure to compensate for it. I understand, since it’s kind of late — I just hope it was a time management issue since they still had some customers. In terms of service, they were friendly and prompt (surprisingly). The location was clean and one of the newer KFCs in the area. :) in terms of food, it’s typical KFC. The batch I got wasn’t fresh out of fryer, so quality was as expected.

honestly i don’t how they stay in business. went thru the drivethru, no one came to take my order. went to the window to see a employee playing with the drink machine, didn’t even see me. left. not going back.

This is the worst kfc! can you believe that they don’t have crispy chicken??? Omg I can’t believe it and the guy first said they don’t have crispy and when I order he asked me what kind of chicken??? If they only have one kind

Just ate there first time. Actually this was my first time trying kfc in general. i was actually very excited as it was always tempting but do not eat deep fried stuff. So the cashier who took the order was actually a very nice girl. I did not get her name but she was african american girl. She was helpful in choosing what i should try and also recommended stuff. after we got our order. It was not too fresh but not too bad either. It was just ok. It would have been great if it was fresh or cripy. I actually ordered extra crispy but chiken tasted like old oil. But i never write reviews bases on food taste as everyone has diff taste so it also could be me too. The main reason of me reviewing is that i asked them for some sauce and the guy who gave it gave me alot actually which was pretty nice of him. He put it in the bag so i couldn’t see them. But when i got to table i realized they are all ranch. So i went back and asked to exchange the ranch with some other kind of sauces as its my first time so i did not know what sauces kfc offers. This blond girl in all black uniform keeps staring at me instead of coming ahead and helping. I called her again and i repeated. She still stared at me again and says this is all we have. I said are you sure you only offer ranch? Cuz i can see on other tables alota diff sauces. She is still staring with such a hate i dont know why? I smile and ask her could i please get other sauce i dnt really like ranch. She replies i dont know what you are saying. Huh? How hard it is to understand english when you are speaking it fluently and note that she was a young white girl with blonde hair. Then i see that guy who gave me ranch and i ask him instead so he gives me the bar b que and some finger licking sauce. (I loved them both). So as i take the sauce and show her that this is what i was asking you. she says something really low. I did not even bother asking her what shit is she saying but then i went back and sat at my table. She was straight up mugging me. Omg like really? i don’t know if she was being racist or what? I just dont get it but it was really sad and i would never go there again. I couldn’t read her name but it started with A. May be arial or something idk. But she was skinny arrogant blonde witch.

This place has terrible service! Went thru the drive thru and was missing my mashed potatoes, gravy, and four biscuts. I went inside to get the food I was missing. I had two sleeping children in my car. Hence the reason I went through the drive thru. I talked with the manager twice and he got me all the food I was missing. Very irritating but atleast I got the food I paid for! Got home and tried to eat and the gravy is HARD. Not like it hardend a little. It was as hard as a rock. Tried heating it up and nothing. I was sold a brown rock. Very gross! I will never ever be going back. I should have taken the manager up on getting my money back but all I wanted was my food.

Went thru drive thru 10÷13÷15 4:30pm. Attendant was friendly and quick. Food was so awful I threw it away! Literally dripping with grease. «Crispy» was soggy. Must have been sitting all day. It was not hot or fresh. YUCK! Corn was water logged. Thank for reminding me why I never go to KFC… heart attack on a plate!

I stopped going this store a while back because they always mess up my order every time and they took forever.
But I decided to give it a try tonight. I have to say it’s the total opposite. I got my order just the way I want — within like 2 – 3 minutes and the food was hot and fresh. My fries for the burger was hot as well, I can tell it just came out the fryer. I’m very surprised and pleased at the same time. I asked to talk to the manager in charge and he said he is the new manager and took the over the store a few months back. Wowwww! What a great improvement. Keep up the good work!
Go give them a try. They are wayyyyyy better than before.

Well, I read the reviews on this place and lemme tell ya, I was deathly afraid to come here. I did and well, I was pleasantly surprised! The young man at the counter was so pleasant, kind, and attentive. He listened well, took our order, and asked if he could get us anything else. He had such a great attitude I was very satisfied with services on this day.
To add to it the food was fresh and hot when it was given to us, I will definitely be coming back. There must be new management, I suggest those who had a bad experience perhaps make another visit.

Aaaaa. Why cant they get orders right? I am at a loss of the repeating wrong orders that come out of this store. I am the idiot that keeps going back. I would recommend if you go here to ALWAYS check your order before you leave. Since they are not compitent enough to get it right.

I normally do not write reviews on fast food but man this place impressed me. I was really shocked at the service i received especially after reading all the horrible reviews. I was greeted with a friendly smile and believe it or not my order was ready before i even got my receipt. My beverage was served in a cold frozen mug and the place was clean and 7:30 pm on a weekend night which i know is hard to maintain. I asked if they got a new manager recently and they told me one started a few weeks ago. That makes sense, it seems this place is on its way to being better.

I am writing this review from another restaurant after getting our money back and leaving KFC. We waited 30+ minutes and finally our name was called. I felt like I won the lottery only to be told that they were completely out of the chicken breast I ordered. We should have left then but we were so hungry. So I ordered chicken strips. But after another 15 minutes of waiting and realizing that I was getting the chicken strips that had been sitting under the warmer since before we got there over 45 minutes earlier we just asked for a refund and left. I should have read the reviews first. I’ll never make the mistake of going to this KFC ever again!

Can’t get an order right at all. Don’t bother getting s white and dark bucket you will only get dark. Second time that’s happened. And they forgot my potatoes, my fault for not checking before I left. Chicken was a bit dry but tasted fine.

I wish I could give no stars… why is the customer helping sort out the receipts on the counter. I have been here 30 minutes for 6 strips and a pot pie. This place needs a better management staff, preferably someone who did not just get here from the high school down the street. Should have went through the drive thru… Huey Lewis is playing on the radio here, I wish it were the 80s.
41 minutes… I asked for my money back, little punk manager could not even face me or apologize, he had one of his crew hand it to me. Poor kids working here, just leave, it’s not worth it.

If you have lot of time in your day to sit idle and waste, you can go here. Also ensure that you have patience to wait for the chef to go to store, buy ingredients and cook — all after you place your order. Seriously, One burger combo took more than 45 mins. Don’t waste your life by visiting this crap hole.

Worst service ever! My advice to LFC management is that you guys really need to hire right folks for the job. Your guys suck big time! No professionalism, communication, manners and productivity. Sorry I m NOT coming again!

Well this is strange, im giving 5 stars… to a KFC… that got super bad reviews? YES! my husband and i come here (wayyy too often by fast food standards) and have a very specific and ridiculous order… honey bbq wings with no sauce, but sauce in a Tupperware on the side, box of wedges (we wait for the fresh chicken/wedges.its worth it!) also we ask for plates, sauce, napkins, honey bbq sauce, etc etc.
im ashamed to admit all this but i am doing it to make a point — they get our order right every time!!! and they honor all of our crazy requests no questions asked.
its the reason we will probably keep coming here forever, and getting fatter and fatter and fatter (hey, fried chicken is my weakness!)

10:45 pm on a Saturday. Drive through hours are until 11pm. Nobody answered me in drive through as a continued to wait. My intuition… (From previous experiences of them always being out of SOMETHING when I order towards the end of night) was that they decided to clock out early. I drove up and right past the front drive through window only to look in and see the whole team of 3 employees, one being the Hispanic looking male manager just standing there in a huddle talking about who knows what. (Obviously not about taking orders).
This will be the last time I take my late night fast food cravings to this establishment. To top it all off, I’ve gone home more than a handful of times after ordering from this specific KFC, missing at least part of my order… So I would say that this review is well earned.

Taste:
* 10 pc bucket is good and tasty.
* 20 piece hot wings very dry and have NO flavor. DO NOT ORDER.
Customer service:
Phone ordering is terrible.
I ordered 2 buckets of 20 hot wings with 3 plates in each bucket plus ketchup in each. and when I came for pickup I got 1bucket with 40 wings in it and no plates no ketchup.
Had to make them redo the whole order.
Food tasted bland also. Those hot wings are not worth it.
