Suan stayed late, had problem just sitting on the floor with me while we looked through tons of perfume bottles. She kindly educated me on manufacturers I was unfamiliar with and then helped me find two beautiful bottles to purchase. On top of all that, her store is filled with tons of higher end antiques that she sells at a great value! Don’t pass her store up when visiting the town of Niles.

If all antique stores were as wonderful as Les Belles, I would be spending a lot more time browsing and perhaps spending money to redo my house with some beautiful vintage pieces. Although I prefer stark modern décor, I did see things like a couple of vintage bags that really appealed to me. I also like vintage china and silver, there were a few nice serving pieces that I liked but would never use. When I first walked by the store the nice widow display caught my eye. When I opened the door the pleasant sound of 1940’s jazz was playing and the hanging glass was sparkling. I walked by cabinets filled with pretty things. I did see a couple of things that really appealed to me. Whenever I buy something now it has to be useable. I just could not think of where I would go that I could use a vintage purse from the 40’s or the one from the 20’s so I passed them by, both were priced around $ 200 and were too expensive for my collection.

What a lovely & quaint shop. Walking In there takes you back to the 1920s. Wonderful oldies playing in the background really adds a quaint touch. Absolutely gorgeous antiques and beautiful relics from the past. I could literally spend hours in there uncovering there many hidden treasures. Very warm and knowledgeable service. Sue Anne & Norma I believe are very sweet and friendly. I really appreciate all their help. A Niles gem!

This is a cut above most antique stores. Many quality unusual items displayed with humor and style in a small amount of space. The lady was very friendly, even sent one of her clients to drive by my new home listing in Historic Niles. I see where they are having their 35 th anniversary Celebration April 14&15, 2012 with Live Jazz, Music, food and some dressing the 20’s flapper style.

Was shopping in Niles and came across Les Belles. Can’t say enough about the sales lady and her knowledge of antiques. I have currently made two purchases from them, and plan to make more in the future. Thank you Les Belles… the best shop in town!

I went to this store today with my boyfriend. Now my boyfriend enjoys history and antiques. We see a trip to Niles as a step back in history to enjoy artifacts of the western, victorian, noveau, and deco age. So today, we went to Les Belles. Now when I normally hit antique stores, it’s glorified browsing. I can’t afford any of this stuff. Although I’d love to redecorate my house to resemble some 1930s, flapper domain. It will never be fiscally in the cards/ The first thign I noticed when I walked in here, was the atmosphere. the ‘1940s jazz music, the fact that you’re stepping back in time, and everything else make it a gorgeous place. The array of colors, crystals, and everything else make it one of my favorite places in Niles. If you can afford it, I recommend purchasing a piece here. But if you want the ambience of what an antique store should look like, look no further than Les Belles.

Les Belles is a warmly-lit, cozy little spaced stuffed with treasures. Antique and vintage chandeliers hang from the ceilings, fainting couches line the walkways, prints of lovely ladies hang on the walls, and cases are filled with interesting items to peer in at. I love art deco jewelry, and I found a engagement ring and wedding band set that I loved. It was my birthday, so I bought it! It was very well taken care of, polished and clean, not like the vintage jewelry in a lot of the«antique» shops(some of them are just glorified junk stores) on Niles Boulevard. It cost less than any wedding ring set with comparable stones that you can buy new. The lady working there was knowledgeable and very warm and friendly. This is one of my favorite stores to browse when I go to Niles. There are a lot of pieces there that flit across my thoughts in quiet moments.(The art deco chandelier! The Erte-esque lamp! The tiny framed prints of 18th century ladies!)

Interesting my close family friends have been well known antique dealers in the bay area for years. Being around the business 30 years I had NEVER heard of this place, so I am not sure how people half way around the world have. Nor, have I ever heard of these supposed flocks of people who make pilgrimage to Fremont of all places, California People with only one post on here giving this place 5 stars is kinda odd. The two times I have been in this store(since I moved to Fremont 5 yrs ago) the woman working there did not offer to help or even say hello. And we did not hear about this place thru word of mouth, it was by driving around the area. You better be careful, you never know who walks into your shop isn’t ready to unload a bundle in your store, you can attract more ants with honey. Take this post for what it is, if you are the owner reading this, instead of getting defensive or having friends post, try fixing the problem.
