No longer Bites & Browse. Changed to Memory Lane at first of year. Old Sign is down but no new sign yet. Not nearly as many dealers so less to look at and choose from. No more free coffee and snacks. The have some snacks for sale at the counter. New folks are nice but hover a lot more than the old folks. Overall was a let down. But will check back in s couple of months to see if it has gotten better.

Really cute place with lots and lots of stuff to look at. I could spend HOURS just looking at the hidden gems in this place. I usually go to antique stores to look at their teacup sets and other home décor items. Bite & Browse has their fair share of teacup sets and they were all priced pretty fairly $ 12-$ 35. The owners are very friendly and I love the idea of having coffee and little cookies for patrons to nibble on while browsing! :)

Probably my favorite store along the road of antique stores at Niles Blvd. It’s an antique store but everything more of what you’d expect. You get cookies, tea, and coffee(which are pretty delicious, not that cheap stuff), a huge huge store to shop in, and the service is so friendly. And you know how some antiques(Corelle plates, so so talking about you) are priced so jacked up and it’s literally just junk… there’s hardly anything like that here. I mean they do have Corelle plates lol, but if they have junky stuff, they don’t price it ridiculously. Prices are so fair here and they often have sales too. I got a gorgeous glass floral lamp for $ 25, a pink rose«tooth brush holder» made of what looks like China glass or porcelain(i use it to hold my makeup brushes) for $ 3, and a stone porcelain-ish rose rectangular box with a lid for $ 5. I also got a teacup with a saucer for $ 5. Prices really range here because there’s so much variety and quality in the store, but like I said, there is so much to see you’re bound to walk out of the store with something!

The CorningWare and Pyrex can be a bit on the expensive side here, but that didn’t stop me from buying: 1. A hard-to-find lidded piece from a Pink Gooseberry refrigerator set for my mom, $ 35 2. A lid I needed for a small Amish Butterprint casserole, $ 8 Lots of toys and collectibles… something for everyone here. Don’t miss the back room, or the coffee and treats!

This place and the staff are AWESOME. Different parts to the store belong to different vendors. Lucky for me the vendors section that I was in was working on that day. I have been searching for the 1972 Spring Blossom Pyrex and Correll dishes and this vendor(Eileen) had many of the rare pieces! I was overjoyed because I look online(craigslist, and ebay) and people are asking an arm and a leg for the same dish. Eileen gave me the pyrex loaf pan for only 10 bucks! I went home happy. I cleaned up my dish and made banana nut bread from scratch! I would suggest this store to my friends that like to go thrift shopping/antiquing.

they have free cookies, FREE, need i say more. no, but i will anyways. bite and browse has something for everyone at any age. sometimes i come here just to get a little nostalgic or make up little stories for certain pieces that catch my eye. everything in this place has a story connected to it and i imagine at one point these things carried sentimental value or perhaps no value at all to the previous owners. a girl can daydream about the significant life of others vicariously through inanimate objects can’t she? anyways, sometimes i come in here to talk with the venders behind the counter to hear their stories or just boogie down the aisles to so funky tunes they have playing. always a good time. from a buyers point of view, i nor anyone i have given a gift to from here, have ever been disappointed. it may take a person of a certain taste to enjoy a place like this, but i am sure that anyone could get something out of just stepping in here. so come on in even if it is for a free cookie.

Super eclectic consignment store with extremely helpful staffers. The whole store is organized by different vendors/sellers, so if you are looking for something specific, it could be anywhere… so it was a little bit like foraging for things. We ended up having a good time checking out all the retro items and found exactly what my girlfriend was looking for… a jadeite bowl… very cool.

I had a lot of fun here reliving memories from my childhood and finding little knick-knacks I didn’t know existed from those same time periods. They have a really nice selection of Disney merchandise throughout the store — I ended up buying a 1978 Disneyland glass — so old that the sponsor on the cup is Pepsi. Thank God that changed. The people working here are really nice and it’s in Niles so parking is everywhere along the streets. Pay a visit — I’m sure you’ll find something that’ll intrigue you.

Wow!!! There are several antique stores in the Niles district. This is the one you have to go to! Literally anyone would enjoy this store. Baseball cards, vintage salt n pepper shakers, jewelry, toys… just incredible. Talk about a trip down memory lane! You don’t have to be an antique fan to like this place-check it out!

This place is large. You will be taken back into a different era. You get a history lesson by browsing around the place. The ladies that work here are so sweet and nice. This is the only place in Niles-Fremont were I buy things from. I’m always on the hunt for vintage jewelry here. Everytime I hunt I always get what I want… SOLID

Bite & Browse is not your average antique store that carries a lot of furniture. Walking around this place was like being thrown into a time machine, for they had a lot of different things from the past(toys, coins, cameras, plates, soulveniers, sports memorabilia, and etc). The store is kind of like a combination museum/antique store. I’m not ususally into antiques, but I found this store to be quite interesting. Bite & Browse is failrly large store, and it was contains a large variety of different kinds of antiques. Their staff is also friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone passing through the Old Niles.

Large antique shop, lots of things to browse and buy. I noticed wade figures, milk and carnival glass. A bunch of the 1970’s style cascerole dishes and mixing bowls. My mother uses and own’s some of those cascerole dishes but she bought them new! I got a great antique casket jewelry box and they had a good selections of comic books and other items.
