We love supporting this local business, especially because we can add a piece to our Dickens Village each year and spend time in downtown Niles. The shop owner is a gem, knowledgeable and so helpful. She always has what we’re looking for.

Very sweet store with loads and loads of figurines and miniature village houses and stores. Lots of knick knacks and handmade stuff. Staff is so warm and welcoming. I ended up buying a 10 inch tall«Charlie Brown-ish» Christmas tree with a total of 8 sparse branches. The shopkeepers were so sweet. They tried out the other trees to find me the BEST tree, the most stable one. I was too lazy to try and unearth our fake tree buried in a box under many other boxes in the garage. The shopkeepers treated my $ 8 purchase as if I had bought a $ 100 item. They lovingly wrapped the tree in tissue. I’ll definitely return.

Umm.… Alien alert! However can a store can stay in business selling newly minted ceramic Disney characters, Christmas ornaments(in late summer), and high quality animated Halloween dioramas? Either very low rent, or shoppers from Zergotroid. I was tempted to buy a $ 180+ handpainted miniature of Cruella but…

This place is oh so cute! The owner and the ladies who work here are just super cute too! They were very helpful in telling me about different pieces and showing me things that I would probably miss otherwise. I got a present for my mom’s birthday from there and the choices are endless. They have a great display area where they put all the Dept 56 pieces together into a miniature village. Also, I loved the Disney figurines– they have all the news ones, like Finding Nemo and the Incredibles, so there’s lots of options. They also have cute little christmas ornaments and plenty of little replica shoes! I would definitely recommend this place– it’s tucked away in the charm of Niles and really is a «mom & pop» shop– definitely worth paying a visit to!
