The best Dr overall. Best Ophthalmologist. Listen to you, analyse and Understand the problem. Educate, caution, recommend, guide and comport along with the right treatment. Not over or less treatment which lot of Dr’s does to make money or save time (to make money again).

Saw Dr. Low today, second time in a couple of years.
Dr. Low explains everything so well, puts you at ease, offers the most simple remedy first, and he’s equally as friendly as he is knowledgable.
I agree with The former reviewer… it doesn’t get better than this!
Don’t hesitate… he really is the best! :-)

I am a huge fan of Dr. Low after seeing him only once. I was referred to him by my GP because I was having incessant eye-​watering. Keep in mind I had seen 1 ophtho who tried to talk me into drastic measures — and Dr. Low was my 2nd opinion — and realized I needed more — so he referred me to where I needed to go: a cornea specialist, and the remedy was fairly simple.
Had Dr. Low not seen the limitation, I could have wasted time, money and procedures.
He’s also incredibly kind and gentle. Definitely recommended.
