Booked the room for our small business workshops through Dion on multiple days. The booking process itself is very easy. The facility looks very unassuming from the outside but inside is well organized with top quality AV equipment, chairs, tables, drinking water and even a small rest room. The facility is clean and convenient. Ample parking for attendees. The location is also central.

Used this venue for a district meeting recently and was very pleased with our expierence. The management was very flexable with the booking, and worked with a very tight timeline. I would recemond for a 20 — 30 people gathering. I will be continuing my partnership with MROD.

I’ve been using MROD now for about 6 – 7 months and I love it! I pastor a small church and we’ve been using the Fremont building for weeknight and/or weekend services and it’s really been great. Dion is a straight up guy who’ll work with you on scheduling and rates and getting the hours you need which I appreciate. I like the fact that you have set time before and clean up time after too. The facilities are great, nice and clean, chairs already set up, tables provided, white boards, projector, and sound system if you need them. Everything’s very modern and relatively new. I also like the fact that there’s multiple locations, should you need a meeting in another area. I highly recommend MROD and hope hey continue to expand to other locations!

What a great option for workshops and large trainings. I’ve used Meeting Rooms in Demand and I refer my clients as well. Dion is quick to respond, he is very thorough and courteous. My experiences was awesome from start to finish each time. The meeting spaces are always clean, comfortable and have all the AV equipment available at no extra cost. It’s great to find someone that values their customers and their business as much as I do. I look forward to becoming a long term client!

We utilized the new Alameda location. Dion, owner, was really great to work with. He explained the options and expectations clearly. He was helpful with all of my questions and needs. He was extremely quick to respond to any email or text that I sent him. This is a great option for meeting space!
