Quick service, super fast food. It wasn’t busy when I went around 4pm on a Sunday. I just ordered a bowl with fried rice and the Beijing beef with 2 orders of the cream cheese rangoons. Thankfully, they had everything on the line so I wouldn’t have to wait. :) The girl at the cashier was friendly, so I left Panda Express very happy.

My experience at this place was like any other time… You go in order your food !! Nothing special! They lady did ask me right away if I wanted to sample anything which I thought it was polite of her… I went with the simple 3 entrée plate to go since k was on my lunch break… One of my sides was beef broccoli but they were waiting of a fresh batch to be done… I had to wait couple of minutes which I didn’t not mind. After getting my order complete I proceeded to eat which I noticed that the lady had put a bit of chowmein personally. I usually don’t eat my full tray and today I did… Also the beef in my broccoli did not seem cooked all the way. I am not particular with my meats but I usually know when thin meat is not cooked fully. I did not eat the meat because it grossed me out. I also go mushrooms chicken. The chicken seemed thick chunks and also a bit chewy. Did not like that. So of course did not eat. So overall I did not enjoy my food this noon.

Inconsistent portion. Utensils/forks are in disarray. Possibly already touched by other customers. They asked me to try the steak. The steak isn’t tender.

Marissa doesn’t know what’s going on. She needs to focus, doesn’t seem like she cares too much about customer service or paying attention to a line or someone’s order. Idk how many times a person has to pay for two simple plates bc she can’t get it right. I wasn’t the only one, either. Too bad because the manager looking like lady works very hard and sets a great example.

I’m writing this review because I’m right now waiting for 10 min in the line 4 other customers are in front off me!. I come here once a week but today they are very slow. There is no leadership/management here! 4young people are working here right now. And they are all confused. Nobody knows what to do. The food is ok but the customer service is pretty bad! It could be better if there was a good trained manager walking around to make sure everything goes smooth! 2stars cause the food is ok! Btw the guy in the back doesn’t wear gloves or washing his hands! Enough time for me to watch them! Lol.

The food is dry and tasteless. Not Fresh. My daughter got the orange chicken and it was terrible. I had dumplings, shrimp and rice. They gave me a huge amount of rice and four little dumplings. The shrimp was soggy and falling apart. Clearly the owners of this chain don’t have much business so they keep the food on display all day. Yuck, I won’t go back.

For a chain like Panda Express to get 3 or more starts the service has to be impeccable, because let’s be known food isn’t their strongest point. I went there because of the easy location, quick service and reasonable prices. Today when I went there at 9pm the dinner rush was there. After getting my starch, I was waiting for someone to help me with the sides. Instead, people behind me in line got served. What I had wanted finished and I had to wait in line for the chef to create another batch. First come first serve– a simple technique not too hard to implement

Best PANDAEXPRESSINTHEAREA ! Food is always fresh, great customer service ! Plus they aren’t skimpy on how much they give you, where other Chinese/panda fast food places give you very little ! Sweet fire chicken is a must try !

This Panda Express does very brisk business. I guess what Panda doesn’t? Everytime I pass by here around 4:30 pm to get food to go before my French class at Ohlone College, there is already a line and a steady stream of people dining and taking food home! I almost always get the same thing here every time I go. I get the fried rice/chow mein side with the Orange Chicken and Eggplant with Tofu entrées. Since they have a steady stream of customers, you can be rest assured that their entrées do not stay in the steam table for hours, like in other fast food Chinese places. I tried the chicken egg roll last time and it was pretty bad. It had too much ginger in it. I like ginger, but it can overpower all other flavors if you put too much of it in a dish. I will not be ordering the egg roll next time. If you’re lucky, there are two people working on the steam table. Otherwise, it can take a while to get your food. Sometimes, there are two of them dishing out the food, but sometimes, there’s only one. Let’s hope you don’t get stuck behind someone who’s ordering 3 or 4 combos at the same time! Now that my French class is over, I won’t be eating here as often(was going once every two weeks). I didn’t have a lot of time when I had my class, so I was coming here more for convenience. When I get a craving for Orange Chicken, I’ll go to the San Leandro PE since it’s much closer!

Our favorite fast food Chinese place(Anna’s in Newark) closed so it seemed logical to check out this place and see if it was better than it seemed when it first opened. It wasn’t. Very bland, tasteless food. I suspect they stay in business because(1.) it’s relatively cheap and(2.) you get a lot of food(though the bulk of it is rice, the cheapest thing in the world to make). That’s why they get two stars instead of one. The food itself is hardly even worth one star. The employees were friendly and that’s a plus. We won’t be back.

Its like the taco bell of chinese food! Food is not really chinese food haha its americanized. $ 7 for a plate with one item. You can get half and half of fried rice, chow mien, or white rice. Honestly all i like from panda express franchises is their fortune cookies.

Worst customer service!!! I mean you can’t expect much from a fast food place but I’ve seen better service at McDonalds! They were laughing at us because we couldn’t decide what we want? And when we wanted to add something else at the end I asked for the price again and she confirmed that it was $ 2.50 but charged us $ 9…and when we canceled that, they laughed at us some more. I hope they get fired because they don’t know how to interact with people.

The food here is good. It’s very much affordable. Its fresh and they serve hot. The people who serve here are very much friendly. They have many items from veg, chicken, beef, bacon. The fried nice and noodles are good and the Orange chicken and ku fung chicken is little spicy and its good.

I always come here if im in the mood for some Chinese good. its close to my work. Even during busy hours its fast pace. The employees are on there feet helping to get everyone the best and fast service. I normally get the Panda Bowl which is perfect for me. They are very generous with their protions which is good. The Chicken Egg Rolls are good. Its a clean place. Staff is nice.

Clean smaller location in a run-down, nasty shopping center. Parking wasn’t a problem. I didn’t wait long, no line at noon. Portion sizes ok.

This is a standalone Panda Express located in Fremont. I mean, it’s Panda Express. You come here for the orange chicken, maybe, and that’s about it. It’s very standard Americanized Chinese food that’s typically found in a mall food court. I came here on a random Saturday afternoon at like 2pm and the place was still packed. Amazing. There is not too much seating here and people tend to bring their kids along too. The beef and broccoli is consistently bad everytime I’ve had it at any Panda Express so I would not recommend. I tried the orange chicken and the sweetfire chicken(has pineapple) and these all kind of taste the same to me.

I happen to drive by and was in the mood for Chinese, I had never been to this location before but I liked the appearance of the restaurant from the outside. After walking in, the aroma was awesome and the food looked good; the selling point for me was that they claim it is «Gourmet Chinese». The prices were reasonable except that I didnt know a «chicken» egg roll would cost me 1.90 but it tasted good and I would likely buy it again. I was disappointed that they didn’t have shrimp egg rolls like in NYS but one of staff were so excited to hear about it that she stated she would try and introduce it. She asked me how they make the shrimp egg rolls in NYS and I gave her my uneducated guess. Finally, the staff were nice but once I sat down to eat; the same lady came by to chat for a few seconds about me moving from NYS to CA. At this point, I was starving and this annoyed me but I understand she was just trying to be polite. I will come back here again.
