I eat here few time a week since I got this dang cold! Good food each time I go but the favorite seems to be the #24… Good service too! On my way to get a «to-go» order right now ;-)

This place is not for the pricks who think that they should be sat down by a waiter. That is not this kind of establishment. The waiters and bus people are hard working. Whoever thinks they are lazy can kiss my donkey.

So I have been coming here for years and a while back the food was really lacking and made it hard for me to even imagine coming here. I am had huge noodle lover and can eat noodles everyday. My favorite is soup noodles and I love the thick rice noodles. King Noodle is one of the few places that offer the thick rice noodles in every dish so I found myself coming back here and recently really liking the food. Recently we started getting the eggrolls and pot stickers, which to my surprise has been really good! The noodles are becoming consistent although sometimes you get more of one thing(meat) than another(noodle). Food here is cheap, so don’t expect great quality but it is good for the price. The service has been good, the 2 servers there are always friendly and happy to help. Thinking about my #1 with pot stickers right now.

Service: Don’t expect much if the one guy with the bowl haircut is there. This guy is slow to process anything other than a number of the meal you want and size. Ask for anything else and odds are you will never get what you ask for. Im still trying to figure out how he has been here for years… I will say that the owners themselves are very nice and when the owner waits on tables, you get awesome service. Food: As you probably have read from other reviews, its the same as Tk and New Tung Kee. Its good and you can get the same at any of the other places. I honestly need to update my review for New Tung Kee as the service is way better over there.

Food is great. Period. If you are dining alone and will not order multiple dishes or drinks, take some cash $ 10.00 minimum for credit cards. I’ve always ordered the beef stew tendon soup and it’s awesome. It’s literally like eating beef stew but in soup from. Recently, I tried the combination soup with rice stick and that is equally awesome. Prices are moderate as well. Good place to take the family.

This place had decent food, some of the meats too chewy for my liking. Our hospitality to this place was an utter failure. There was no one in the front to guide us to take a seat and order from the cash register. We ended up figuring out ourselves that you had to sit down to order(we were confused because we saw a line to the cash register) and we ended up sitting down. The menu was very hard to understand due to its formatting so we had to wait a while to figure out what we wanted. Our server was horrible, maybe he had a bad day but it was still unacceptable. His attitude made me want to leave the building. He threw the menus on the table and walked away. This may be understandable if the place was slammed but there wasn’t that many people in the building. It was an average amount to fill a small diner. Anyways he made no eye contact had gave a snippy tone making me believe that I was the cause of his distress(which I wasn’t he just seemed in a bad mood the whole time) And after we order he gives no estimated time when the food was ready he just typed it into his little device and leaves. We then get out food very quickly might I add. Being the reason for my second star. «Thank you!» I say with a smile on his face «Yeah» he says with an eye roll I found this rude and intolerant Good food, fast service, pathetic hospitality. I can find more hospitality in a fast food restaurant.

This place isn’t the best, but if you want a quick meal that’s inexpensive, this is the perfect place. The service was okay, the staff were nice. I’ve ate here a few times and really like the combination soup. Their pad thai is okay too.

Location: this restaurant is located in the same Fremont Hub with UPS, Ulta and Target. Next door is Tata Tea House, which is perfectly for some dessert afterwards. Plenty of parking spots outsides. The inside of the store is spacey, so there are many of seats and tables handling up more than 120 people Food: This place is not so excellent, but its good and acceptable. If you like spicy flavor and aren’t allergic with peanut, order the number 2. The soup is flavorful, but few slices of beef. There are variety of choices that I should make recommendations such as: beef stew with tender rice stick/crispy fried noodle/pad thai Price range: Regular size for $ 6 and large size for $ 7.50. The price is so cheap while the portion is full enough for one person. Meanwhile, the egg rolls appetizers costs you $ 2.30 for 2. Services: Pretty good and helpful. The store is clean and clear due to the waiter’s hardworking !!

I love this place I get the #9 and the yellow fried rice with wontons. I have also had beef and broccoli with yellow rice and was able to feed myself and 4 kids. I gave them each 2 wontons and some prawns

This is a good noodle house. the menu is eerily similar from that other Chinese Boodle house calle New Tung Kee restaurant which is about 3 miles away: I even remembered EVERYTHING they had in Tung Kee and it was completely present and almost the very same menu in this place! If you ever ate ate New Tung Kee, this place is basically owned most likely by the very people owns Tung Kee. Everything is good tasting in this place from all the soups to the chow mein to the rice stick bowls and now I don’t have to go far 3 miles away. i recommend tis place because of the convenience the speed and the people who takes your order which are courteous peopls and it shows they love what they do.

Don’t expect service, cause there is none. There is a guy who takes your order and brings it out when it is ready, maybe water, but that is all. Cheap, cheap, cheap noodles. All the food is decent, fantastic if you are drunk. I get the Sate beef noodles all the time and your can’t go wrong with that.$ 6.75 can’t be wrong. Wontons are ok, again, cheap, drunk food. TIP: Tables are sticky at best, chopsticks could use a real cleaning, don’t use the hot sauce that is not in the squeeze bottle.

Service is fast and tons of food choices. It was hard for me to choose what kind of noodle soup I wanted. I will be back for more food. I had the beef noodle soup. It had tomato broth and tendons. Not bad.

I don’t know what has happened, but this place has gone downhill! I’m currently the duke here at King Noodle and have 24 check in’s here. These last 2 visits here have been dissapointing. Everything about the place is still the same, the same workers, the guy will remember your order if your a usual, but the food has gone downhill! Last time it was the noodles tasting bad, thisd time it was flavorless soup and hardly any meat in my Combination Noodle Soup(#1). The prices have also gone up too, it used to be only $ 5.25 for a small, now it’s $ 5.99 for a small. As a regular customer, I know how the noodle, broth, soup base should taste. This is sad seeing how this place does get a good amount of business, yet they still can’t keep the quality up. At this point, you might as well go to New Tung Kee Noodle House in Newark by Lion Supermarket. The front cashier lady is very nice along with the other guy at the registers sometimes, but the other workers are meh. The only reason this place gets my patronge is because my parents like this place because it’s fast, quick and resonably cheap. Sigh :/

We wanted a quick dinner so this place hit the spot. Ordered #23 with crispy noodles and pad thai. Both were good and hit the spot.

I have not been here in almost 2 years so today I decided to go back and just check it out again. Seems like they have updated the menu from two years ago. This is almost just like a TK noodle but a little bit better. This place would be great it it was $ 6.00 but for $ 7.50 for a shrimp with noodle dish, I think it is a bit much if you are comparing to Chinese food. My husband ordered a large rice place and it looked really like a small. Portion sizes use to be bigger. I think this place is not bad or good, it is really a good OK. Something that is easy and fast. Health wise, I think if you don’t get the fried stuff you are okay. They put a lot of vegetables in everything which is good. If TK noodle is your thing than you will like this place.

A decent Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant located in the Fremont Hub. I’m always a bit suspicious when I see multiple types of cuisines in one restaurants, because they tend to do both cuisines fine but not great. I got the beef and broccoli. Yes it’s an Americanized dish, but the sauce was not as dark and very goopy. It was okay, but not super great. The broccoli pieces that they used were a bit bitter. The mango smoothie they made was really delicious though. My sister and I both liked it. Seating is a bit awkward since they have long tables, and you are probably sharing napkins and condiments with the party next to you.

Been coming here for a very, very, very long time. I always get #1: combination rice stick noodle soup with chicken, pork, beef balls, shrimp, and bean sprouts. My mom likes #12 which is basically #1 with thin rice noodles. Occasionally I’ll order #21, stir-fried rice noodles with pork, chicken, shrimp, and vegetables. If I’m here with other people, we sometimes order #29: pan-fried daikon flour cake with egg and peanut. The quality and quantity is very good for the price, and the soup isn’t very oily nor is it dosed with MSG. I really like rice noodles and I really like soup noodles, so I really like coming here. The food is served quickly, and it’s good!

I wasn’t really expecting a lot when I came in. The ambiance of the place wasn’t really pleasing, but who really cares about the environment, it’s about the food. I ordered the beef stew and that alone made me a fan. The meat was gelatinous and fatty which was so flavorful and delicious. I’ll for sure back for another round of that beef stew.

I haven’t been here in years; when it used to be TK Noodle. Menu still appears to be the same. I remember actually liking this place, but after doing some Turkey Day grocery shopping, I needed a quick bite and this is the equivalent to fastfood. You seat yourself, they give you a menu, look it over, place your order, 5 minutes later your food is infront of you. Eat, pay, leave… I did all of this in about 24 minutes. I ordered a half egg noodle /half rice noodle combination noodle(chicken, pork, shrimp, etc topped with fried garlic bits). On this recent dining experience, the noodles were crunchy from sitting too long, the broth was a little bit bland and the meat/seafood portions were small. I ordered a medium and the bowl was completely filled to the brim with noodles, so you do get a lot of «noodles» for your money. This place is exactly how I described it… fast and cheap. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a noodle junky, but for around $ 6, I was a bit disappointed since I remembered it being a lot better than it was.

NONONO! Why is it always every good place slowly goes downhill? Horrible service with cold noodles! Workers are good but the manager is rude. Second visit: Ordered a bowl with no cilantro. Came with cilantro and reminded manager I did not want any. He told me to scoop it off. I said«what?» He grumbled and demonstrated«this is how you scoop it off». How rude. No tip for you guys. Only the hard working bus boys. First visit Ordered: –Regular Pad Thai –Large Spicy Beef Rice Stick Noodle with Peanut(no cilantro) –Regular Wonton Combination Noodle Soup(no cilantro) Pad Thai was cold with ½ bean sprouts, ¼ noodles, and ¼ saucy meat Spicy beef noodle came cold with cilantro. Asked nicely to have the cilantro removed since I asked for no cilantro, and they scooped out a bunch of soup and half the cilantro. Very cold and mushy, as if the bowl was sitting there for a while, letting the noodles soak in the soup. Wonton noodle was very small portioned – looked like a kid size bowl! Still had cilantro on it… Overall, the taste was cold for all dishes, and the service was sassy and rude. I really hate to say it, but I will no longer dine in this establishment unless they shape up! What’s the point of going for some soup if the soup is cold?
