When I met Dr. Paul Cheng a while back, his white lab coat was dirty and had some stain. It really grossed me out. Also, I was expecting more consultation on preventive care from either him or his nurse. It would be nice if they took the initiative first to give me advice, rather than I had to ask first. They had one nurse there before that always used the same gloves when giving injections to different patients. I saw her wear that same gloves when touching the patient’s arm before me, and then she touches me on the dried blood area on my arm. So disgusting.
