My first time to see an allergist and I can tell you that I was so impressed from beginning to end.
First, the scheduling was very efficient and communicative. Next, another associate took me in promptly for a breathing test which she guided me through. Finally, Dr. Leung, was amazing! She took a thorough medical history and asked really great questions to understand your medical needs in the most comprehensive way possible. She is incredibly personable and makes you feel instantly comfortable! I was able to follow up with the reception immediately following. I felt very attended and have new hopes for Fremont (after 2 years)…

I made an appointment here to get an allergy test done. I was in a bit of a rush because I had to go to work that night so I told the receptionist what time I would need to leave and everyone did their best to make sure I left on time. This was my first time getting an allergy test done and they made sure they explained everything.
Dr. Levenson and the entire staff including the receptionist and the nurse were friendly and very helpful.

My wife called them to get a prescription for an asthma spray she needs. It looks like their hours are kind of tight and difficult to match for a working person. The lady on the phone started to get unfriendly and recommended that my wife should try it at another doctor after a while. She wished her good luck in a very sarcastic tone and hung up the phone without even saying goodbye. Looks like they do not need patients.

My husband has asthma and we’ve been to other doctors before. I have to say that the staff in Fremont is very professional and very amazing. The receptionist is very nice and very informative. Even over the phone you can tell that they are very helpful. Dr. Jeffrey L. Kishiyama was also very helpful to my husband and performed a number of test on him for his asthma and allergies. When I showed concerned about that cost of the medication, they were very empathic and they offered other alternatives and gave us as many coupons as they could to help us out.
In my opinion good health care is not only about having a good doctor. Good health care is also about having a good staff who can service the needs of the patient. What good is it to have a good doctor, if the front desk can’t even find your paperwork or can care less about you? And when you call to refill your prescription or have a question, they put you on hold forever, until you decide you want to hang up.
If you come here you will not be disappointed. This is the best place for asthma and allergy that I have taken my husband to, and I am not switching.
