I scheduled an appointment in a 2 hour window from 3 – 5. At 5:30 I called and left a message. The next day I was called and informed that he didn’t have my phone number with him on the road. I figured to give them another chance. I received another 2 hour window, and once again, no show and no call. I never heard from them again. If this is the way they run their business, they won’t have a business for very long.

RSM came to our home to quote us on the garage door installation. We told him what we had previously been quoted from Costco. He agreed to do the same job for the same price and requested a down payment of $ 200. The following morning, we had received a better quote from another company so we called to request they return our deposit. In California, a consumer has three business days to cancel a contract if they no longer wish to use the company. When I called the next morning, less than 24 hours after giving them a down payment, I was told that it would be discussed between partners whether I could get my down payment back or not. After two days. I was told that they would grant my request to return my deposit. The issue I have with them is that it took a month in order to get my deposit back from them. I spoke to their office on a couple different occasions and was told every time that my check was«in the mail.» Eventually one of the gentlemen ended up driving my check to my house and delivering it in person. In my opinion, it’s bad customer service to make someone fight for their own money just because they no longer want to use your company.

We called in the morning, and they said that they could come over on the same day in the evening, which was very impressive. Sure enough, Raymond arrived at the time scheduled and was courteous, professional, and to top it off, was easygoing even though it was so late in the day. It did not take him very long to diagnose the problem, and he figured it out by asking a few diagnostic questions. After that, he fixed the problem, made some nice conversation, and got the job done faster than I had anticipated. I would recommend them to anyone having problems with their garage door. I’m so glad that I called when I did, and would call them again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!

I needed to replace my old wooden garage door from 1960 and am glad someone recommended Raymond at RSM. He went over the different doors and options and within a few days he was installing it. He’s very professional and goes over everything with you. If you need a new garage door I would give RSM a call.

I called RSM on Monday at 3:00 for someone to come out and replace my broken springs. I originally had another company come out and diagnose the problem with my door, but that company wanted to charge me $ 340 to replace the broken springs. I thought that was a little too steep and decided to look elsewhere. After many calls I found RSM and was satisfied with the price for the springs(saved over $ 100). The lady on the phone gave me a two hour window for the technician to show up. Raymond showed up within an hour, and was very friendly and professional. It was done in about 30 minutes and never tried to sell me anything unnecessary. Great Company, will definitely use again. By the way he gave me a lifetime warranty on the springs!
