Saving Cleaners

Damage my comforter at the point where it could not be repaired and the item is your replaceable. Requested a call from the owner never got one.

Literally did not get what I paid for. I brought 3 dresses in to get dry cleaned. A few days later when I took out my dresses, I realized it was not cleaned at all since all three dresses still had a strong body odor. I took it back to the cleaners and they said it looked clean so they didn’t wash it, only steamed and ironed it. The fact that that admitted to this is alarming.
They did agree to take it back and clean it. When I went back to pick it up, the dresses still had a bad odor. When I pointed this out, they started arguing with me. They also lied and said the armpit area had stains which they cleaned out. I know for a fact that there were no stains there. As much as I like small business, I can’t stand people who are dishonest and deceitful.

Great customer service, efficient and if you pay with cash you can get a discount.

Great prices, especially if purchasing with cash. Never a problem with my clothing and timing is great!

This business is under a new owner however they continue to provide quality dry cleaning at a very fair price. The parking is very limited but the extra few steps will be good for your health.

Pretty disappointed. I brought in 4 white dress shirts. The day I was there to pick it up two out of four got (machine) oil stain. I show the owner. He took the shirts back for redo. And then I came back a week later to pick those up the stains still there. The receptionist call the owner and explain the situation. The owner told her to tell me that they didn’t do it. But I knew that my dress shirts did not have the stain when I brought it in. But what can you do at that point. So, becareful. If you gonna drop off your clothes. Specially white dress shirt. You would want to make a point that my shirt don’t have any stain or no holes no rips. But my recomend to you is DON’T GO THERE.

LOVE this cleaners! I just left there. I first went to Quality Cleaners on Thornton… I asked her to price 2 sundresses which I had with me. She quoted me $ 12.95 EACH! I said that sounded kinda high, and that I thought I’d try to find a better price elsewhere. She threw the dresses down and walked off.
I then drove to SAVING CLEANERS on Fremont Blvd… I again asked for a price for the 2 sundresses… get this… and I’m NOT KIDDING… $ 14.60 FOR BOTH!
Now THAT’S reasonable! Quality is charging DOUBLE!
It’s a no brainer for me! Thought you should know. Plus, I’ve used this cleaners before and they do a great job!

I have gone here a ton of times and ever since they changed management it sucks so hard that I don’t even want to come back no matter how close it is to my house. I brought my husband’s clothing to get it dry clean and the lady asks me if I want it wash. Why would I want to pay to wash it when I can wash it myself at home for free. No I wanted it dry clean. So the lady there counted all the shirts and pants I brought and then charges me. When I walked away she charged me $ 5 more for an extra pants. I told her I only have 4 pants not 5. She said she can’t do any refund because she doesn’t know how and that her boss has to do the refund. I told her ok and days later they still haven’t refund me the money. I picked up my clothes and swore I will never come back.

Worst dry cleaners I’ve ever been to. The prices are ok, especially the 20% off if you pay in cash. But, everytime I get my clothes «cleaned» here I see stains still on my clothes. And one time it smelled like cigarettes. So a few days ago I went to pick up a pair of white pants I had asked for to be altered, and the red crayon mark that they used to mark where I needed it altered was still on there… really?! Are u freaking blind?! So I go back… literally a minute later and the lady at the front says that «oh the person that did the pants didn’t see it». You’ve got to be kidding me. I went to go pick up my pants the next day at the time she told me to come back and guess what? The pants weren’t ready. I told her i would come back the following day, hoping that this is the last time I have to deal with this nonsense. I pick up my pants and THE STAIN IS STILL THERE! I said screw it. i’m going to take these to my cleaners in Los Angeles. Never again will I go to a non-​Asian dry cleaners. Horrible.

Poor service. Spoiled my shirts for laundary. Don’t ever go there again.

This is the only place ill go for alterations

First time I came here Victor greeted me! Pretty awesome guy with great customer service.
I went here today for my second time and they totally saved my day!
I had originally dropped off two skirts across the street at Pacific Cleaners which I needed done by Tuesday because I am going out of town. A couple day’s pass and i call to see if they were finished but i find out they didn’t even start! NOT only did they not call me but they also wanted to charge me more for a simple hem.
SO I picked up my skirts and took them to Saving Cleaners were they took my skirts and even told me they would be done by the morning!
Thank God for this place!

Well here goes…
I brought a floor length bubble gown to be shortened because I am extremely vertically challenged, and they did a good job. Being that it wasn’t a simple hem, it cost $ 100. Super expensive! I wouldn’t have done it, if I didn’t get so lucky and found the dress on ebay for $ 10 (LOL, yes $ 10).

I went here for the 2^nd time to get my sons jeans hemmed. The clerk, Victor is very friendly and took time to make sure the measurements were correct. I didnt use a tape measure when sizing the length. I just went by how they fit my son. So he measured my son and we decided to add an extra inch to the length so he will have room to grow in them.
Great place to get alterations done. I dont have any dry clean only clothes so I cant review that part.

Saving Cleaners has been my cleaner for 2+years. I have never had any problems with them. They are prompt and efficient. Steve is very friendly and ready with my garments when I walk in. I couldn’t ask for anything more.
