I haven’t been here in a while so I decided to come back because I’ve missed their huge drink glasses and delicious snow: P BIG mistake… There was only one person working on a Saturday afternoon so service was so slow and terribly lacking. It took over 10 minutes for her to come take our orders, but it probably would have taken longer had I not made eye contact with her. Not only that, but they changed the size of their drinks.boooo. So now, it’s $ 3.95 for a regular Tapioca Green Milk Tea and $ 4.95 for a Large, but the glasses are so much smaller. Why Sno-Crave why?! Once we finally got our drinks and snow, our waitress didn’t come back once to check up on us… Not even for the bill. We had to walk up to the register. Luckily the drinks and snow were still pretty good. Not as good as I remember it(or maybe i’ve been spoiled with Sno at the Newpark Mall) but it still satisfied my bobz craving for the day. However, it seems like their business is doing well because they have spots in Milpitas, San Jose, Tracy, Fresno, and even Riverside(according to their menu). In my opinion, I would recommend you going to Super Cue a few doors down.

If this place was closer, I’d definitely make more visits. A few favorites: — Barley milk tea(hot — it comes in a cool pot with little serving cups if you want to share but I usually don’t want to because it’s that good) — Barley milk tea(iced w/boba; also really good and strong! The boba doesn’t alter the sweetness factor as much as other places do so you’re good on this.) — Honey brick toast(just the plain one! I don’t like it with all the decadent sweets on it; this just comes with honey on top and it’s so good ugh I love bread so much) — Mango shaved snow w/condensed milk + egg pudding The only thing that was ordered + I didn’t like was the Macaron Party Brick Toast Box because there was way too much going on with it. Service is pretty decent — they kind of just take your order then leave you to do your own thing. It’s somewhat hard to flag down a worker if you have other requests because the place gets pretty packed. Wifi sucks b/c their servers suck so I had to keep trying and trying the first time I went there. After I got in, it was a cinch to get back on every time I was back.

Great service and environment. We got here at 8 pm and there were plenty of tables and comfortable chairs. We only ordered one brick toast– the macaroon party. The waitress let us know that it would take 20 mins for the brick toast to get ready, but it still felt like a long time with the heads up… We were allowed to pick 3 ice cream flavors, so we chose strawberry, coffee and green tea. When the brick toast finally came, it looked exactly like the picture in the menu. The waitress was nice enough to give us some time to take selfies and pictures with the food before helping us cut it open. It was delicious! Ice cream were ok, like the store-bought quality, but the toast was warm and fresh, perfect for dipping the ice cream. It was the perfect amount for 5 girls, since it is quite filling. They also have self-serving lemon water, great to cleanse your palate after the sweets. Good dessert/hang out place if you are in the area!

The hot tea comes in a little tea pot. The drinks are sweet, but that’s how I like them, although my girlfriend asked for hers to be less sweet and complained that it was still too sweet. the SHAVEDICE is hella good. i got the mango flavored one and there were real mango slices in it too. yummm next time im going for that thing that’s like a bread cube hollowed out(honey bread?) with scoops of ice cream in it

We were trying to kill some time before heading over to a wedding and I was craving some honey toast so we stopped by. It was one of those really hot days so it was nice to sit inside and get something cool to eat. The location is in a strip mall and the décor is pretty typical. It was pretty full when we walked it so it was nice that we were able to get a table without waiting. I ordered the summer style honey toast and the bf got a yogurt drink. As we waited, it was neat to see what other people were order. Sno-crave has a lot of interesting glassware that gives their drinks a very unique look compared to other places. As usual, the honey toast took around 20 – 25 min. When it arrived, I was super excited to start cutting in. When the server brought it over, she first asked if we’ve ever had honey toast before and if we wanted her to show us how to cut it — that was nice gesture. It was not my first and so we dug in ourselves. The first impression was«wow, this toast is REALLYHARD.» They provided plastic utensils and I struggled with cutting into the toast so much that it started falling over immediately. The shell was way too dry. The toppings were delicious but the bread overall was toasted way too long — it was kind of like eating stale toast drizzled in honey. The inner cubes were okay, but there were only like 5 of them! I felt totally gypped since those tend to be the best part. We quickly finished off the ice cream and the inner cubes and tried to get to work on the shell, but it was just so hard and tasted like cardboard so we gave up and just left it. Typically, the bottom piece will be nicely soaked in honey and possibly ice cream, but even that was dry. I noticed a number of people around us were also just leaving the shell behind. Maybe if they used more honey it would have rescued the dry toast, but the amount of honey was already lighter than other places.

Cool concept. The toast had a very pretty presentation. We ordered the«Jenga» to share amongst my peeps. It’s like a tower of toast with ice cream and whip. That’s pretty much it. The toast I feel should probably be more soft and easier to bite. They have a large variety of tea selections; hot, milk tea, yogurt, etc. Nothing too special or out of the ordinary. We ordered the lavender tea which was pretty good. It came in a nice clear tea top with a candle to keep it warm. We also ordered the taro and original milk snow shaved ice. I like the texture. We had it drizzled with condense milk with a side of popping mango boba and mochi. One serving is quite plentiful enough to be shared amongst 2 – 3 people. Cool concept. But more like I’ll try it once but I won’t go out of my way to come back. Second note, bathroom was pretty disgusting; wasn’t functional and could have been better maintained. The ambiance appears or tries to be «trendy» but still felt a little dingy and sticky to me. The place feels like it’s run by college kids that could care less about service but just want to get your tip.

This place is OK. I remember when this place first opened, it was the talk of the town(aka all over IG and social media outlets) and super hyped up and it’s mostly in part to the aesthetics and presentation of the drinks and desserts you can purchase here. The quality is so-so and it’s not a place where you would really want to go out of your way to get to. As other Unilocalers mentioned before me, what’s nice is that they do have board games and such to entertain their guests while they’re visiting, but I mean other boba establishments have begun doing this as well so it’s not too special or something to necessarily fawn over. Customer service is here or there. They’re nice and do their best to serve you, but sometimes depending on how busy or who is working the staff may or may not be as attentive to all customers dining in. I do think what’s nice is that they do have a variety of drinks and desserts to choose from. So if you have an open mind, this place isn’t bad because you’re bound to find something for you. They have a bunch of different desserts like shaved snow and brick toasts that are pretty, sweet, and enough to share with a friend or two. However, with all the new boba and dessert shops poppin’ up in the East Bay I don’t know how often I’ll honestly frequent Sno-Crave. Not a bad option, stop by if you desire.

Split a shaved ice with mango with three friends and had a regular barley tea for myself. Their shaved ice is huge and I would suggest inviting at least four people to enjoy it together. Actually, we probably finished most of it but not every last drop. I always opt for the lowest amount of sweetness when possible and I liked my barley tea at 25% sweetness. Their regular sized drink is big and comes in a funky hourglass shaped pitcher.

I came here on a Saturday afternoon, and there wasn’t much of a wait. We were a group of four and was initially sitting at a table for three. The waitresses insisted that we cannot sit there because we had four people, and they can’t pull over another chair for us. I thought that was a bit weird considering there was so much room at the table, and they could’ve easily fit in at least one more chair. We ended up switching to a table for four when one cleared up though. We each ordered milk tea and shared one mango shaved ice with egg pudding and condensed milk. My oolong milk tea was pretty good and not overly sweet, but it was a little watered down. The mango snow was good and more than enough to share between the four of us. Flavor was good, and adding condensed milk to shaved ice always makes it better. Overall, a solid place to come to for some dessert.

I’ve been dying to try this place for the longest time now, and after eating a light dinner at home, I came here on a Friday night around 8 pm for a party of 2. I can tell that it was already bustling inside! We were quickly greeted at the door, and asked if we wanted to dine-in or to go. We chose to dine-in, and we were immediately seated.(Yay for a smaller party!) We ordered: –Summer Style Honey Brick Toast //Told the wait was about 25 minutes, which is not bad at all! Summer style includes fruits of the season, so we had golden kiwi, mangoes, a strawberry flower, topped with lots of marshmallows, coconut shreds, chocolate/white chocolate chocolate sticks and two Pepero sticks. Also came with 1 scoop of strawberry ice cream, 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream, 1 scoop of mango ice cream. –1 Large Taro Milk Tea with Boba: Comes in the cute pitcher! I picked ½ sugar and ¼ ice. DELICIOUS! –1 scoop of matcha tea ice cream: ERRR… probably the most bland green tea ice cream I’ve ever had in my life. No green tea flavor at all! I was scared my tastebuds had gone bad but my boyfriend experienced the same tasteless scoop. Though it’s only $ 1, but I was pretty disheartened by this scoop. Pros: –Good service! Super nice girls, on their toes and always willing to answer questions. I can tell they are overwhelmed, but they try their best to be happy! –Yummy boba! ERRRRR why is this better than Gongcha? Boba was soft, sweet and drink was good! I am excited to try their other milk drinks, because I’m not a huge fan of drinks in general but I enjoyed theirs a lot! –Good variety. Whatever sweets/desserts you want, it’s here! HUGE selection! I can’t wait to try their hot sweet soups and crepes next time!(Yes, I already know what I want.) –Great portion size! When my order of honey brick toast came, everyone around me was giving a double take back! Most honey brick toast only gives 1 scoop of boba, but here they give you 3! Of course, I had to get another scoop since I just love ice cream. But definitely filling and manageable for 2! Cons: –Lights please? I need good photos… can’t do it if the only light source is from the huge TV menu screen.(BUT I guess it creates a nice ambiance…) –It would be nice to get a written description for the honey brick toasts, instead of guessing or constantly asking. And it would hold them accountable to have consistent brick toasts too! Tips/Observations: –Want water? Grab it yourself at the counter! -$ 10 minimum for credit card charges! –You can choose the sweetness level and sugar level of drinks! –This place is also called«Snowflake Teahouse» despite everyone’s tshirt saying«Sno Crave Teahouse». –I would recommend getting less ice in your drinks, so that you can taste the flavors. -$ 0.50 cent charge on boba pearls! –Parking is pretty spacious here, but it might be packed during the weekends and evenings! Overall, this place is a good hybrid of things. I’ve been to stores where their honey brick is too small, and other places where the bread is not warm/crispy enough, and other places with barely any toppings! Definitely get the bang out of your buck for this! Can’t wait to come back and try their other menu items!

Whoa, this place is busy on the weekends and in the summer! The shaved snow is really good. Texture is condensed and sweetness is mild, just right. I would recommend both the milk flavor and green tea. The brick toast is sooooo good. I forgot the name but get the one in my picture on the last menu page. It just has marshmallow-like crème, one scoop of vanilla ice cream, and some frozen fruit bits(which we didn’t bother eating). It was the right amount of everything for at least 4 people to share. The other brick toast combos just have too much(macaroons, syrup, tons of ice cream) and end up tasting overly sweet and gross once all the ice cream starts melting together. Luckily they manage the wait using a list and the wait wasn’t too bad on a Saturday night, about 15 minutes.

Aside from the service which sucked(what do you expect), it’s a very typical tea house with the bomb stuff snow ice. I like the taro and the honeydew. But they also have mango, chocolate, green tea… Lots of snow ice to choose from. Don’t be confused with shaved ice, which is ice with syrup on top. Think of flavored ice blocks, shaved down. Very creamy, melt in your mouth. All you need is condensed milk. I’m in love. Their waffles are tiny so be careful, and they got a lot of other sweet goods in here.

Great selections of tea and the cold tea sizes are large and they give you a small pot if you order hot milk tea. We came on a Sunday afternoon so it wasn’t as busy and were seated as soon as we arrived and could visit and catch up while not feeling rushed. Have been by on a Saturday eve and it was very crowded and didn’t look like anyone was leaving. There’s a sign in to manage the chaos so that’s good.
