Had dinner in the Auto mall area and felt like having boba afterwards. Unilocaled and saw Super Cue was just around the way so we headed over. It was pretty packed for a friday evening — we haven’t seen a boba place packed like this in a while. The décor is very modern and there are tables for people to sit and enjoy both inside Super Cue and outside on the patio. We ordered the Peach Oolong and the Super Mango Milky. There were a lot of choices on the menu, but we chose those two primarily because we saw the Top 10 drinks next to the register =) The drinks were good and made very quickly! Service was fast and the staff there were busy, but at least smiled when you interacted with them. I appreciate that! I’d come back! Look forward to trying other drinks and their snacks :)

Not bad. Lots of fresh brewed teas. Love that they have flavored teas without syrup. I enjoyed the dark roast oolong with pudding. Friend mentioned boba was a good consistency but lacked flavor. A good amount of seating in the day, can see it filling up quite quickly at night. Service was ok. Didn’t have to wait too long for my drinks. Will be back if I’m in the area.

Ok. It’s confirmed, the ramen here is nasty. I tried all their ramen hoping that there’s at least a good one. Not sure who the chef is today but I got the miso ramen and the meat wasn’t fully cooked. See pix below. The other day I tried tonkatsu ramen it was so gross that I couldn’t finish it. It was just bland… no taste the noodles were rubbery. The jasmine tea is decent though. I’ll probably go for tea but not for ramen and it’s expensive too.

Was really hungry for a snack before heading over to Century Theatres and was kinda craving popcorn chicken so we decided to try out Super Cue! Ordered the mild spicy popcorn chicken to go. It was ready in 5 minutes. They have a bottle of spicy powder you can use to add to the chicken if you want. I wonder if the powder they put on the chicken is the same thing that’s out there… The chicken was a mix of pieces with meat and some with fat/cartilage. I wish the pieces had been mostly or all meat :/but compared to other places it’s better overall. Still on the hunt for a really good place to get popcorn chicken.

Super Cue is a chain that’s been opening stores all over Northern California. I came here to meet with a friend and it was pretty crowded inside but we were able to get seats. I ordered a honey aloe lemon green tea(hot) and a regular boba milk tea for my brother to go. What surprised me is that they didn’t even call out the order and I didn’t realize my drink was ready until I looked at the counter. Even then I wasn’t sure if that was my drink because it didn’t have my name on it or anything. My drink was way too sweet even though I got 50% sugar which is usually fine. I only came here because snowflake was completely full because the quality of drinks and service isn’t really up to par with the competition around it.

I mean it’s alright… Or maybe I ordered the wrong drink. I forgot what mine is called but it’s the white cream thing sitting on the bottom of the slush. I think… The regular teas just itself is a must! Those can never go at any boba places. So go grab yourself some! Plus, hey Anne baby! One day, hopefully, I will come in while you work.

Customer service was lacking… Blonde asian female was helping a customer before me… more like flirting with him, all smiles and laughing, but when it can to me(I am a female asian) her smiles were gone and more serious monotone voice. I was smiling, is it because I’m not a dude flirting with her, I don’t get any smiles??? She was even smiling and laughing with her coworker. I ordered my usual that I get at the San Francisco location. Hojicha MT, tiny sugar, with boba and Earl Grey MT, tiny sugar, with lychee, and boba. The hojicha was ok but the earl grey tasted watered down. Overall, 3STARS for this visit and drinks. *UPDATE* 5 days later, we decided to come back and give them another try. Blonde asian girl was there again and another dark haired asian girl. DON’T ya’ll know how to SMILE!!! Where is the CUSTOMERSERVICE?! Ordered 2 Earl Greys with boba. Got in my car… drove off, tasted teas… BOTH had spicy notes at the end, like a chai tea. Earl grey has more of a citrus taste. My daughter said the girl who was making the tea just rinsed the instrument where they put the tea in amd then made out tea. Just rinse, there are other tea remnants in there, shouldn’t you wash it better? And to top it off… boba was soggy. Soo disappointed in this Super Cue. At least the San Francisco location never fails me. You all can learn a thing or two about how to make teas and customer service.

Mediocre MT… Noisy ambient… Limited seatings… That is all.

I hate this place! Horrible service and I found a wire in my fried chicken on another occasion. I came back since my friends wanted to come here but nothing has changed. The service is still horrible. As much I dislike the service, the product is good. I like that they use actual tea leaves.

They really upgraded to legit tea leafs w lots of seasonal flavors and new food items including ramen. Hot matcha milk green tea is delish, plus tv and a good Hangout spot!

Ambiance: very clean and cute, with lots of different seating options, from a bar-style row of seats to normal booths to a ring of couches. There is a nice, large-screen tv. Service: the line moved kinda slowly but it wasn’t too long. We also received our drinks fairly quickly. Food: I ordered a lychee black tea with lychee jelly. I liked it, although it was surprisingly bitter, even with full sugar. The tea flavor was strong and the lychee was fragrant. Overall: good, convenient place to get tea drinks! The pricing is reasonable and the cups are pretty large.

Super Cue Café really surprised me. I came here the first time and was not satisfied with my Jasmine milk tea, but I decided to give this place another shot. I didn’t like it the first time because the tea flavor wasn’t as prominent to my liking and it was just way too sweet. The second time I came, I ordered Jasmine milk tea with strong tea and half the sugar and it was perfect! Not my favorite spot, but if I’m ever at Pac Commons doing errands, I always make a stop here, so it must be pretty good(or I’m just THAT addicted to boba…). Other drinks I’ve tried here are the White Grape Oolong, Peach Oolong, and Lychee Black Tea all ¼ sweet. All of which are delicious with aloe or lychee jelly! Huge plus for having Five Stars which means one less loyalty card I have to carry around in my wallet.

I just recently discovered Super Cue through a friend when he took me to the the Super Cue in Cupertino. My impression was that it was your typical boba spot but I was turned off by their service. Anyway, that’s an entirely different review(for the Cupertino location) but despite their poor service — I liked the Assam Milk tea and kept coming back. I was surprised(& delighted) when I’d found the one in Fremont! It was like the heavens above heard my prayers! I no longer have to put up with moody cashiers in Cupertino! The service here was FAR different!!! The cashier actually SMILED!!! I was like, «Wtf? I guess THIS chick actually LIKES having a job!» ‘Thank you’ to the cashier, ‘thank you’ to the girls who were in the kitchen prepping our drinks and our fried chicken bites for being as lovely as you were! As a customer, I truly appreciate your service. And, I LOVE your Assam Milk Tea!

Milk tea here is not consistent, sometimes water down which is a disappointment. I’ve tried their honey milk tea and thai milk tea, the flavor is there but it doesn’t have that milky texture. Also, their pearls are not fresh, a bit on the harder side. In contrast, their fruity tea is better than their milk tea. I’ve tried their passion fruit and it was decent. However, their popcorn chicken is pretty good. They give a good amount which is a plus. Overall, I would not purposely drive here to get their milk tea but I would grab some snacks to go.

This review is for the place and their super fries. I visited Super Cue around 10:30pm on a Saturday night. It’s located in this shopping center with tons of other dessert/snack shops that open late. There were still quite a few people there so it seems like a good place to chill at night. I thought the service was ok. Nothing special or spectacular. I mean the girl was just doing her job, but it was like she didn’t make an effort to connect with the customer like other more Americanized places. Another thing to keep in mind is, they don’t call out your food as it’s done so just keep an eye out for your order. I ordered their super fries with honey mustard sauce. What an amazing combination! The super fries are basically waffle fries topped with chives, shredded meat, and topped with honey mustard sauce. As a fries fanatic, I approve. The quantity was filling for a snack. The combination of sweet(honey mustard) and salty(fries and meat) were a great match. The fries had lots of potato too so they didn’t skimp. I would come back here for a random midnight snack again.

Good place to hang out with friends because of the ambiance and the amount of seats and tables. But if you’re just doing a grab-n-go or want some quality boba, you can get that some place else. But I always end up coming back again because of the hangout spot & because they open later than the other boba places around this area. I don’t have any complaints about this place; their drinks just aren’t the best around the area(but not the worst either) The cashiers and bobaristas are all friendly and orders come really fast, which is good. The popcorn chicken is good, but they don’t give that much per order. I usually stick with the earl grey or the oolong milk tea. A little milky for my taste, but not so bad that I couldn’t taste the tea flavor. Overall, not a shabby place at all. Most likely will come here again.

Not sure why people bash on this place so much… I am actually very impressed! There wasn’t a line when I came on a Friday evening, but around 9PM people came pouring in.(Guess everyone needs a caffeine/sugar rush!) I ordered: –Regular sized, almond milk tea with pearls //Not bad! Light taste of almond, but a bit too milky. At least the boba was soft! And not too sweet. Pros: –Quick service! Got our drink within 10 minutes. –Great options! I am definitely coming here next time to try other real tea drinks! Cons: –Meh service. Young ladies are kind of rude. Tips/Observations: –They accept 5Stars! –They have promotions! The most recent one is a «back to school» deal. –Parking is crowded here. Either park near the end lots or drive around slowly. Overall, so much potential! Just need to kick up the flavoring a knotch without the additional sugar.

Visited after lunch, for a boba fix. Parking isn’t easy in the shared lot, especially around meal times. There wasn’t any waiting and I ordered a lychee tea with boba, «tiny sugar». The cashier was nice and even told us of a special they were having. You can get one addition(like boba) to your drink for free. My tea was $ 3.35 and it was pretty large. Wait times were very fast. The tea tasted freshly brewed, with just a hint of lychee flavor. It had some ice in it, but not a huge amount. I like that you can customize your sweetness levels. There are 4 levels. The«tiny sugar» level was one notch above«no sugar». It tasted a bit bland at first, but really refreshing once I got used to it. The boba itself is also a little sweet, so keep that in mind. It was chewy, not stuck together, and didn’t turn rock hard over time. I really enjoyed my drink.

I will say, these guys are pretty consistent with their tea. Personally, I go for black tea, so my fave here was the Assam Black Milk Tea. I recommend that one if you like a strong and bold tea. I also tried their almond milk tea, peach tea, and matcha milk tea. They were all pretty good. Their boba, was fresh, sweet, with a great chewy consistency. I was surprised to read others having had bad or old tapioca. Perhaps I was lucky on both of my visits here, but who knows! The crowd is primarily on the young/high-schoolers age. They do have a «buy 2, get one free,» so you won’t go boba hungry! ;). Toast to the boba gods! =D

Sweetness: Above average. Make sure to order less sweet, unless you are looking for that sugar high. I ordered the peach milk tea and asked to have it less sweet… still was too much for my liking. Ice: Above average. Make sure you order less ice, unless you like half a cup of ice taking the space of your drink/toppings Grass Jelly: Very firm. I was hoping for more of that soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture. And FYI, the password for the wifi(posted near their register) wasn’t working for me today.
