Starbucks

Worse customer service at this location. First of all Erica (cashier) gave a really bad attitude when we tried to order. She didn’t even answer to us when we asked her something. Then our drinks was ready but one of them was wrong!!! That girl has to work on her attitude instead of arguing she should have apologize. Management should read these comments otherwise they will loose customers soon.

I’m pretty sure this is supposed to be merged with the one that seems to be across the street on Unilocal as the pictures coincide with this location on the map.
She misheard me, made the wrong drink, and I had to wait longer. I was in no rush so I wasn’t distraught about it but if I was I wouldn’t have been happy.
Also, the frappicino had ice in it still which is always a let down when a straw is involved. Overall I like the stand alone ones more than the Stabucks that are inside other stores. However, I will probably visit this one in the future due to it being near Bay Street and very convenient.

One star for the convenient location inside of Safeway (you can kill two birds with one stone) and for the actual good customer service I have received from SOME of the employees here BUT… I noticed someone else wrote a review about being skipped so that an employee/​worker could get their drink first. Well, this also happened to me (I was running late) and they did it right in my face and I felt really disrespected especially since there’s only one barista here AND they literally stopped making my drink to make the employees’ drink! At first, I figured well the employee must be in a hurry since he has to get back to work but come to find OUT AFTER THE EMPLOYEE GOT HIS DRINK he slowly wandered outside for a break!!! So he was in NO way pressed for time. I felt pretty bad.
Now, there have also been over three occasions where my Green tea frappuchino w whipped cream and Iced Peach Green Tea lemonade have been way off from what I’m normally used to. The green tea frappé tasted funny and it made my stomach hurt that night and the following morning! Then I ordered iced Peach Green Tea Lemonade, it was super sweet and sour I practically threw it all away!
I used to hesitate when telling baristas that I didn’t like my drink and throw my money away but now I do say something kuz they can make it again for you, even though I somehow feel bad saying, «The drink u made me sucked. Make me another one», in a polite way. Lol.
Anyways, I have actually drove out of my way to another Starbucks like the one on Mowry near the I-​880 just to make sure I get a decent tasting Green Tea Frap with whip. I was starting to think maybe the barista was making my drink bad on purpose lol. I have actually been avoiding this Starbucks kiosk all together lately because of my previous experiences and the quality of their drinks. If you’re in Safeway and you absolutely can’t go to another Starbucks then its o. k to grab a drink here but don’t expect the best all the time.
There’s another Safeway near Mowry ave at the Fremont hub w a Starbucks kiosk and is wayyyy better all around! There’s also a new Starbucks that just opened up (Oct 2014) right around the corner across the street from jack in the box on Fremont blvd going towards Auto Mall direction.

I had so many green tea latte before and this one is the worst green tea latte I ever had! Not ordering the drink from here again!
I ordered a grande green tea latte today and it tasted so much like milk but hardly had any green tea flavor. Another thing upset me was a women stood in front of me in line, then she left with rumbling something herself and came back a couple minutes later, but the barista served her drink first:(I was in a hurry and I don’t think that’s how it should be. Besides that women with the white clothes whispered with the barista and hanging around Safeway after she got the drink, I thought she might work there and it made me think that’s the reason the barista served her drink first. I don’t felt being respected. I like Starbucks a lot and I think the baristas are always friendly and nice. Today I felt disappointed and I hope the manager could do something to make it better.

This place is just ridiculous.
Lines were always long.
Cashier will disappear during work hours.
Just don’t come here.

Things are quite expensive, and the lines are quite long, which makes it much more convenient to buy coffee elsewhere.

I walk in and I see the Starbucks attendant look straight at me and she decides to go on her break. I than asked one of the workers if anyone was there to get my order, he tells me they open at 6am. Seriously? So I decide to buy one of the cold beverages and no surprise, I see a lane with an open light but no cashier nearby at all. Overall experience, I would not go back.

Worst kiost in the area.

This Starbucks is in the Safeway grocery store which is so convenient when u need a little pick me up when your grocery shopping.

There’s so many people that uses the drive-​thru here or come here and they’re always rushing, that the quality of the coffee I order is not done right.
But what can I do, I need my coffee.

This place is awesome, you can go in here at almost anytime and there would be no one in line. This has got to be the fastest Starbucks. So if you are in a hurry, go here. If you want to hang out and chill, go to the other ones. This is definitely a IN and OUT place.

Starbucks has had its day. Really not very good coffee. Packaged very trendy and cool but not very good. Way over priced. Nothing personal to this particular Starbucks. They pretty much all suck.

Came here on a cold day before a meeting after work… It was a very long day and I was exhasted. I decided to stop by starbucks to get something to not only wake me up, but to also keep me warm. I always get my drink custom made like no other so I can understand if the baristas hate me.
This one worker (I should have asked for his name) was so nice! I also ordered a drink for my co-​worker but I had forgotten to get it iced… He made a hot drink but ended up making a brand new one for me and told me I could keep the other one. He was so nice and genuine about it. I wanted to give him a big tip since it was my fault and he went through the trouble of making me a new one… but he informed me that since this starbucks is located in Safeway, they’re not allowed to get tips like other places. I felt a bit sad that I could tip him… and it must suck to not be able to receive tips for giving excellent service!

Stopped by when the guy was cleaning up after closing and asked for a water. He happily obliged. Now that is customer service.
