This use to be just a normal guest Subway but since the school opened up a cross the street it become very dirty. When I went up to the counter to pay a tiny cockroach or bug was on the counter when I went to fill my soda the drain near the machine is super filthy. This was obviously a bad experience.

Came here at 12:30 on a Saturday and there was a line about 20 deep. Not even kidding. There is a college across the street, so this seems to be the go to spot. The thing is, the college is in session every Saturday and Subway must know that this is the normal Saturday rush… so why only 2 workers? Ridiculous. We HELLA jammed.

There is this really lazy Sandwich Artist who works by himself during the night shift and he is very sloppy when closing the sandwich. Moreover, when my co-worker and I said we wanted the works on our sandwiches, it was very odd for him to skimp out on spinach as if he was doing it on purpose. I mean the spinach tray was not visually afar or anything. To add, my co-worker said to bag it separately and the guy just nodded his head and bagged both of our sandwiches in one bag –_-. Epic fail.

Worst Experience. When we visited, there was only one staff was working, Area not maintained clean. Then suddenly, a bunch of college kids arrived and got packed up. After the food, kids wanted to use restroom before hitting the road. We knocked the door and asked the staff to check. They ignored and showed no interest. After 20+ minutes, when I asked them to check. Then the guy comes up with no interest holding a key and opens the door. Suprisingly, he opens both Mens and Ladies rest room for first time at 1:30PM and wonder how many previous customers suffered due to this from morning If you don’t want customers to use restrooms — then say it so. Service was very bad, food was also mere.

My sister and I had the worst experience here. Customer service was horrible and unacceptable. One employee called out my sister, threatening to not serve her if she«kept walking around» when all she did was get up from her seat to wait in line. We do not plan on coming back to this subway in the future.

expect to be cheated here. i ordered a footlong tuna sandwich, and the hindu guy working there spread 4TEASPOONS of tuna on the bread, instead of the scoops used in most stores. i was pretty peeved, and he explains to me that all i needed to do was tell him if i wanted more. one of the most absurd experiences i’ve had at subway. expect to be cheated here.

Been coming here for about 18 months on and off. As others have commented they’re a chain and pretty much all the same. If you need to do «fast food» at least here is «better than a grease burger». The staff stands out as friendly and the eating area is always clean. One of the best ones I have frequented.

Usually subway is a great quick way to get lunch for the kids and I. Today my sis-in-law and I took 6 kids and ordered 9 sandwiches … Since they ran out of water cups, they REFUSED to give us soda cups to use for plain olé water. I had kids from the age as little as 5 with me … All I wanted was for them to be able to have some water with their chewy sandwiches — our kids don’t drink SODA so that was not an option for me. The manager started to tell me that she was out and didn’t order water cups — SOWHAT? I live less than a mile from this subway but I’ll never go BACK. She started to tell me that my usual customers understand. Well, her usual customers were adults who were taking their sandwiches togo(prolly had water at their destination) … I tried to explain to her that I don’t even want it for myself. All I wanted was for the kids to have water. I even offered that the various siblings could share. I was still REFUSED … There were at least 2 kids who started coughing while eating their sandwiches and she still watched but ddn’t act. Ultimately I wrapped up their sandwiches and we left — BOUGHTWATER at 7 – 11 and went home. Probably one fo the top 10 Worst service experiences I’ve ever encountered … Use some common sense? When you see all these little kids and the families’ are trying to have lunch … give them a soda cup. Its NOT that HARD.

I went in there today to grab a quick sandwich and I was very displeased with my experience. When the woman making my sandwich asked the male employee if he could check on the chicken in the microwave while she was ringing up another customer, he rolled his eyes and kept making his customer’s sandwich. She asked him again and he still ignored her as I was standing right in front of him. I get that making sandwiches isn’t a glamorous job, but you’re in the customer service industry and when I can see you ignoring my food, THATISRUDE! Next time, I will go all the way to Pacific Commons and wait in line if I have to. HORRIBLESERVICE!!!

not a big subway fan but this place is pretty close to where i work. when i am really hungry and can’t go very far i will head over to subway. this subway is worth going to simply based on the fact that the owners are really nice and sincere. if im going to give money to any subway it will be this one because of them.

All Subways are basically the same, what makes them distinct are their employees. That being said, I LOVE this Subway! The 2 managers(one male, one female, and I believe they are married) are extremely friendly are genuinely care about people. They’ll take time to talk to you if there aren’t people waiting behind you in line. There is also one lady who works most days, and she is AWESOME! She remembers my sandwich order everytime. This is the southernmost Subway restaurant in Fremont. It’s less than a mile from Milpitas.
