It’s a Subway, so there’s nothing really surprising about the kind of food you’ll get. Pretty standard sandwiches. There was nothing really wrong with my sandwich but the people who work here could step it up a little bit. Once my sandwich was done by the guy running the sandwiches, the guy behind the cashier was on his phone and literally made me stand there and wait for him for 15 seconds before saying anything or acknowledging I was there even though. He clearly knew I was standing there but felt that whatever was on his smartphone was more important than work. The guy seemed like he was the manager or something. Overall, it was just an unpleasant experience. If you want some Subway, then this place is fine. But if you want to get a sandwich in a timely manner(the line was very slow) or don’t want rude employees, perhaps consider another Subway.

They’re handy in a pinch, but Subway on the whole«Is what it is». I can get a sandwich with a veggie patty that I can see being made in front of me.

I ask the girl for Italian herbs and cheese and when I got home I had the incorrect bread, the other worker was rude to the customer next to me and was talking back, they could use better customer service

Hubs and I threw caution to the wind, despite the bad reviews of those who’d come before us. Sadly, they seemed to be all pretty much spot-on. We go in, pretty much already knowing what we’re getting, so there’s no debating. I didn’t get any names, the first guy was nice, but super slow. Hubs always gets add-ons on his sammie, so let him order his Italian BMT first, mines much easier, meatball marinara w/provolone & extra sauce, period. The first sammie was obviously a huge task, dude calls other dude from back, to do mine. Wow, was he rude. He just kind of stared at me and said«which one»…yikes. «foot long parmesan herb bread, meatball marinara». He has to move all this stacked trays and stuff that were actually blocking access to the fillings. He is doing this one-handed-moving-trays-removing-cover-of-meatball-steamer-bin thingie, while carelessly flopping about 8 of the tiniest meatballs, with a mere whisper of sauce on them. I told Hubs«ohhh THIS is not going to end well». He looks at my bread and says«wtf is THAT»…And I’m afraid that this is might be the direction Subways going, given our last visit as well… scarce fillings, ratio of bread to meat is about 3 – 1 at this point. I said to the sammie dude, «provolone cheese and if you could at least put some sauce on there to make it seem more substantial, that would be great». He glared at me then sprinkled a half spoon of sauce over the sad, tiny lonely looking meatballs. I wasnt even angry, i was sad for the meatballs. I asked him to toast it and I couldn’t wait to get outta there. We finally got outta there about 25 – 30 min later-and we got them to GO. Sigh – unfortunately, I couldn’t prove even ONE of those negative reviews wrong. Not fast, not good. Bummer. Won’t go back.

The staff here is SO rude, I am never coming back here again! I came into this subway on Friday during lunchtime and I was looking up the reviews on Unilocal while waiting for someone to come greet me and this Indian guy rudely coughed and said hello? What do you want? In this super annoyed tone of voice while I was on my phone looking up reviews.(Mind you, I was the only customer in the store at the time so I wasn’t holding up the line or anything) And I looked up and said hold on I’m checking something real quick, and he probably thought I was Unilocaling them and knew they had ridiculously bad reviews on Unilocal because he sneered at me. Then he went to the back of the store for awhile and didn’t return for almost 5 minutes and I just left to go to sweet coco where the customer service is 10x better, the reviews are way better, and the sandwiches taste better/cost less!

Really not review worthy. Ordered the spicy Italian(and I don’t mean the woman behind the counter). Friendly service, clean and at the end of the day it’s a sandwich. No frills nothing extra ordinary about this sandwich or restaurant quick in and quick out.

Worst subway ever. Rude staff. How is it that it’s too late not to toast a sub, and that I have to tell the lady in advance not to toast the bread. At other subways they politely ask you if you would like it toasted, with no attitude. I know people that drive far away to another subway location or not come to this location at all. McDonald’s has way better service than this location.

Worst subway experience ever. The person working, Manish is sooooo slow. This is the 2nd time we’ve come here and have been very disappointed with the service. It took us 25 minutes to get 2 sandwiches today! Will never come here again!

I like to subway but this restaurant and employees are pathetic. The maxican woman who told me they will charge extra i ask for Mayonnaise and More Veggie. Do not go in this subway they are using 2 – 3 days old Patty. Better to drive little bit more and go to another subway. Worst service ever in Subway.

This is more a review for the new Chicken Enchilada Melt sandwich than it is for the actual restaurant. The chicken is pretty good, the flavor is right. The fritos adds a different kick to it. All in all, it’s a different kind of sandwich. If you’re tired of the same old thing, it’s worth a try. I’m not going to start ordering this all the time, but it’s good enough to try again. Note: a little over $ 8 after tax seems a little steep for this. As for some of the other reviews… The service here is as good as any other subway. It was atrocious, but it’s not like a 5 star experience either. Not that I expect that here. It’s about par for the course.

I love Subway. This Subway experience, however, was the worst I have ever had! Just as everyone has said about it here on Unilocal, their customer service is horrible. Everyone here unfortunately hates their job and are not afraid to show it. It’s sad because there are so many deserving people out there who would happily do their job. Anyway, sorry for the rant. I will go out of my way to another subway joint to avoid this place. Sucky customer service = sucky food

I would give this place a 0 if I could! Customer service sucks. The Manager this Hispanic woman is rude and has a chip on her shoulder. Forget about decent she’s downright confrontational! Really lady it’s just a sandwich and I don’t need your attitude or lack of respect for customers. If I was the owner I would invest in hiring quality people especially if your putting them in a management position.

I know people will go to Subway regardless of any review because it’s cheap and familiar. But please do me a favor and don’t go to this one. Ever. I hope they shut down. One of the employees here was so mean I was actually on the verge of tears. Forget customer service — no one should treat another human being the way I was treated here. Sounds dramatic? I don’t care, it’s the truth. BOYCOTT these jerks!

I have split-feelings for this location; the food is just what I expect but it’s the customer service that gets to me. Don’t get me wrong; the staff are nice and are always ready for the customers, but I guess I either have a low volume voice or I just can’t be heard from behind that large counter. Whenever it was my turn to order, sometimes I have to frequently repeat my order. Me:“Can I get a turkey breast foot long on sour dough please?“ Server: «What?» Me in a louder voice: «turkey breast foot long on sour dough.» Server: «So a turkey breast foot long on what kind of bread… Sour dough?» Me: «Yes…» Server: «Want that toasted?» Me: «Yeah uh huh» Server: «toasted yeah?» Me: «Yep.» Server: «What vegetables?» Me: «Lettuce and tomatoes» Server: «What else?» Me:“red onions… spinach… pepperchinis“ Server only puts on red onions Me: «Oh I wanted spinach and pepperchinis too» Server puts on spinach Me:“and pepperchinis…“ That was a really long dialogue but this is what typically happens to me whenever I come to this specific location. I understand if the server can’t hear me but I’m not brave enough to shout at someone in public. I love subway so I’ll always be coming back to eat here because it’s close to my house but sometimes I get really impatient with the servers here. That’s about my only complaint; other than that this place is just fine.

The one star reviews are justified. This place is horrible. Rude workers with rude attitudes. I won’t be back and I will all of my friends to not come back. I hope the owner is reading this review!

Two words for the owners of this subway: customer service. This subway sucks monkey ears. The first time I came here, the lady took like 20 freaking minutes to get my sandwich ready. The second time I came here(I know, I’m an idiot for going back), I asked veggies be put on my subway pizza prior to insertion into the oven. She said no. Huh? I told her I’ve been ordering subway pizzas like this for quite some time & I either want them this way or I’m going to go somewhere else. She said fine, go elsewhere. So I did. Lesson: ZPizza around the corner has pretty good slices & much better customer service. Any other subway has good pizzas and usually gives good cs.

OMG! WORSTSUBWAYINTHEWORLD!!! First time I went to this subway was 3 years ago, second and last time was today. Nothing has changed in 3 years. What a waste of money and time! Old bread, shitty service, and they’ll put 2 tomatoes &4 cucumbers on your foot long and INSIST that that’s how a club sandwich is made! This lady named Ena made my sandwich who told me she had been working there 6 years so she knows what she’s doing. You’d think someone planning on retiring as a sandwich maker would have a little less attitude. I wouldn’t feed the nasty sandwich she made to a rat! Do not go there — you’re better off not eating at all!

The main problem here at this particular subway is that my sandwich was either too full or too sparse. The younger people who work here are a little more decent than that of the older lady. Some sandwiches are poorly made and spilling eveywhere. Other than that, it’s quite quick and swell. A little crowded. The service. What service? It was pretty much place the meat and cheese, toast it and add condiments. I don’t mind this, but the biggest problem is they overstuff my sandwich, which I’ve said before. That or they understuff my sandwich, leaving me still hungry for more. Since this is the only Subway near my campus, I am forced to eat here whenever I want some subway. My final verdict: 2⁄5 If they took the time to correctly stuff the sandwiches and be a little friendlier, I’d give them another go. Until then, I’ll find another Subway.

No, just no. Do you ever have the feeling that something would be better if you could just do it yourself? That’s how I feel every time I step into this place. Subway, as a whole, is a great alternative for fast food. 98% of the Subway locations I have visited are neat, clean, and upbeat. For whatever reason the franchisee of this location has no direction or leadership over his employees. Every time I go here, there seems to be a new guy working, my sandwich takes forever to make The last time I ate here, it took three people to make my sandwich! Is it really that hard? Aren’t I a bully? What kind of jerkface reviews a random Subway and gives a 1 twinkle little star? Look, I don’t make a habit of doing this. I’ve never reviewed a McDonald’s. I don’t badger Red Lobster. Never hectored Sizzler. I leave Arby’s to be. Hell, I haven’t even reviewed any of the other 8 bazillion Subways in the Bay Area. The Subway on Mission BLVD earns my distinguished spotlight because of it’s impressively and consistently awful workers. Wait. Hear me out. 1) They’re always RUSHING when it isn’t that busy and barely anyone there. I have no idea why. I’m pretty sure the guy last Saturday wanted to fight me over giving him a $ 20 for my $ 5.30 sandwich. 2) This Asian dude last week ALWAYS mess up on my bread choice when I asked for Italian herb & cheese, he always pops up either a sourdough or wheat!!! This happened about 3 times already every time I eat here. Are you deaf?! 3) They try to charge you for random stuff. This Asian guy kept yelling«fitty sen!» every time I pointed to toppings. It was only when I reached the register I realized I’d been charged $.50 for black olives. 4) Have I mentioned they’re seriously the most surly bunch of humans you can find this side of a Somali pirate bay? Truth be told, I’ve come to enjoy it. Every time I need some cheap nutrition, I strap on my bulletproof vest and get ready to brawl. HMPH!
