Service was very slow. I ordered one sandwich and the guy making it was in slow motion.

This location is a joke and I will never return. I specifically asked two separate occasions if the bread was fresh on two separate occasions and was told«yes.» I was then given disgusting hard old bread. The staff is rude and obviously not happy to be there nor interested in providing good food or service. I will not return to this location and have informed all my coworkers to not visit this location. It seems they were already aware though and have already had similar experiences. The vegetables look old and disgusting too. Go somewhere else and don’t give this location any business.

Horrible customer service. The staff is very rude. She gave me the wrong order, over charged me, and won’t apologize. Next time I will drive few extra blocks to the other nearby Subway.

Wow — -the worst service ever, ever, ever– Very upset little people working here that don’t care about honoring the prices – They try to act like they don’t know what’s going on with their prices – if you try to help them –I mean only help them understand the wording of their promotions —they will turn super red and get super upset and super mad – and pretend they don’t understand all of sudden — – and just look at you – like you are crazy — this place needs help – they need somebody to help them understand what’s going on– I think they forgot they r supposed to give service to the consumer – they should get training from Mc Donald’s – because they train their workers for a week before they let you serve people — I give McDonalds a 5 star for their service — – This place needs a Change of employees —-

This place gets worse and worse each time I go there. Each time they have poor customer service and you have to repeat your order multiple times before you think they understand. Who would’ve thought you could mess up on making a simple turkey sandwich, well that is definitely a speciality at this location. Furthermore, the employees today didn’t know which cheese was Swiss or American… Seriously?! I work right around the corner but I will definitely not be coming back to this location.

Horrible customer service. When I walked in with my family,(i suppose) the only employee was on the freaking phone and we had to wait a few minutes for her to be done with the phone call. Like excuse me??? Rude! When she was taking our orders she was totally zoning out. Not coming back to this Subway anytime soon.

This Subway has the worst customer service ever! I went in today to order lunch and their daily special was turkey & ham so I asked for the special without the ham and the woman completely argued with me. She finally said ok after I looked at her confused. I don’t recommend this subway to anyone.

Yay for not getting sick or a gross sandwich. The double chocolate chip cookie I got was CRUNCHY as HECK. If I was 60+ yrs w/dentures I wouldn’t have been able to consume that cookie. Overall, typical Subway.

If I were to starve to death, I still would avoid this location. Probably the prime example of «how not to care about customer service nor cleanliness. A worker cannot be more lazy and rude than the people working here. Maybe they are good at one thing, to rip you off with less portion than any other subway. If there were an option for no star, I would give it to them. Hurry up close up this shop, or a change of staff and management.

Went in for a buy 16in sandwich get 1 free and girl told me to get a foot long since its cheaper. Well I went to pay and it was $ 6.70 and I told her that must be a mistake because a 6in is only $ 3.50 and she said I got foot long. I said the girl who made my sandwich said its cheaper to get foot long instead of 26in sandwichs. The cashier said they don’t honor coupons. WILLNEVERGOBACK

So… after my very disappointing Subway experience earlier today at another location, I decided to go at it again. I odered a tuna sandwich and it was just how I wanted it. She gave me a lot of tuna and a lot of olives like I asked. I didn’t have to tell her twice. She also have me four napkins and wasn’t stingy. I would recommended this place. Friendly service.

Clean subway, but I experienced the longest wait time ever at this location. Almost 20 – 30 minutes just to get a 6″ sandwhich, ridiculoso!

I usually don’t take the time to review a Subway, but this place deserves mention. Subway quality is 100% dependent on the franchise owner. If you have a cheap or stingy owner, they’ll skimp on the veggies and use the bare minimum. You end up with a sandwich with little on it. This shop takes the cake in terms of cheapness. When I ordered my foot long today with«everything,» they literally put 3 tomato slices, 5 carefully placed olives, 3 sprigs of onions and peppers and a little lettuce. I asked for a little more vegetables and got the evil eye and a half hearted attempt at placing another tomato on the sandwich, which fell off anyways when she haphazardly wrapped the thing. The whole«selling point» of subway is the illusion of eating veggies or something semi healthy. I’ll start driving an extra block to the neighboring subway from now.

Out of all the Subways in Fremont … This one has to be the best one. And yes they always ask me if I want my sandwich toasted with a smile. They also dont look crazy at me when I want two different cheeses on my sandwich. It’s like every other review for any of the subways in Fremont are 2 or 1 stars, which is pretty sad. I do like this one too b/c it’s pretty rooming compered to other ones. ANDYESTHEYHADCHERRYCOKE! :)(I love cherry coke) anyways… If and when it’s busy they don’t rush you like you’re a drone like the one on Paso Padre close to Raley’s. Only reason it gets a 4⁄5 is b/c it’s pretty far from where I live, but when I visit the wifey that’s where we go to have lunch when she’s working.

The only issues I have ever had with a Subway is the employees. They are always rude and never listed when they ask you what you want. The man in front of me asked for no pickles and they put them on there anyways. C’mon, it’s a sandwich, not rocket science. I got a simple meatball sub toasted. The meat was tasteless and under seasoned. It didn’t even seem like a meatball and the bread was chewy. Gross. I will not be going back here.

This location is a pretty good location to get subway. I definitely choose to come here when I can over other locations but there’s closer subways to me than this place. But when I’m in the mood for subway and in the neighborhood, this is the place I come to. Service is always quick and the sandwiches always come out well made.

This Subway has everything that any other Subway has, but I swear the employees here are definitely not at all decent. Their rude, non-smiling, and just seem to really effin hate their job. I’m not coming to this one anymore.

I like this Subway because it’s clean, but their $ 5 menu is limited and they charge tax. This is the only Subway I’ve been at where they try to be green by putting your order in a basket instead of a bag when you dine in. Pros: Serves sandwiches in baskets when dining in. Closes at 10PM. Cons: Tax. Limited menu.

Why in the world am I giving a Subway establishment a 4-star rating?!? Are their sandwiches actually better than their other stores? NOPE! Their sandwiches are just as generic than your local Subways! So why am I given this store a specifically higher rating? It’s because they have free Wi-Fi! Subway has free Wi-Fi? Why?!? I don’t know the answer to that question, but it pulled me out of their Starbucks neighbor and lead me into their restaurant! The story was that I had to kill approximately 3 hours while I was getting my car windows tinted in Fremont. I had my laptop with me and I was searching for a place where I could get internet access. I saw a Starbucks nearby and I figured that I could use their Wi-Fi. Since I have never cruised the internet at a Starbucks before, I didn’t know that you had to pay for AT&T service to use their Wi-Fi service. So I did a local search around the surrounding area to see where I could get internet service. To my surprise, I saw a free Wi-Fi connection from Subway! I peered my eyes out the Starbucks window and their very neighbor was a Subway. I closed my laptop and walked across the parking lot and entered their establishment. I ordered a foot long sandwich and cruised the internet for about an hour. That’s probably the best Subway experience I’ve ever had, which isn’t saying a whole lot! =)
