Worst service!!! Took time to decide what to order, so the guy started sweeping the floor and when we were ready he purposely took hell lot of time He was so rude that when i asked him to add. Veggie pattie he said you should have told me earlier in a way as if i did a biggest mistake of my life!!! Will never ever visit this joint again!

We visited this Subway location on 11⁄2 after picking my son after school as he was craving for a sandwich and I had to do business next door to drop off a box at the UPS next door. We already knew what type of sandwiches and told the lady over the counter what type of bread, cheese, meat and toppings. When we got to the register, we were told how much was due and made a payment. When we got home, we saw a commercial that that day was«National Sandwich Day» meaning it was a buy one get one promo if you purchased a drink. I was very disappointed as to why the owner who rang us up and either their other staff did not offer/inform us about the promotion. Therefore, they made a $ 9.00 profit from us. i am not sure if the owner reads their Unilocal reviews, but, regardless this does not show they respect to their customers. This Subway does not deserve any stars at all! The positive part outcome of this experience is that there are other Subway locations in Fremont. If I were you, do NOT give your business to this location.

So, this location has gone down hill. They used to be friendly and they used to be on par with other subway restaurants in regards to veggie portions. I went here with my wife today, this is probably the last time we go. The staff was rude, always trying to up sell you on everything, and they could careless what you have to say. I asked for spinach and no joke they gave me less than 10 spinach leaves, for the green bell peppers they broke them in half to make it look like they covered more surface area, they gave me jalapeños…6 slices… keep in mind this is all for a footlong. This stores is so depressingly cheap now its sad.

This location definitely has some language issues. We dropped in, in a bit of a hurry on our way to iFly. The cashier and sandwich creators both had quite a bit of difficultly understanding us, and asked us to repeat ourselves 2 or 3 times when they either didn’t understand or would forget what we had told them. They even ignored my request for triple meat, not understanding and not bothering to ask what I meant. The sandwich was usual for Subway, but the service just wasn’t up to snuff. Not sure I’d ever come back.

So. This location has by far been my worst experience with any subway location. To start off the girl who made my sandwich was smacking her gum, impolite, had no emotion on her face and barely even talked to me. She stood there in front of me basically doing gestures to ask what I want on my sandwich! I’ve worked with food so I know how you’re supposed to act and how you’re not. And the guy named honey was on the phone through his headphones talking while at the cashier finishing off my order COMPLETELYUNPROFESSIONAL. To add lastly because I didn’t mention above… this is a Saturday evening when it was completely empty my friend and I were the only ones in line!

The service at this place is awful. Employees(2) hardly said anything to us the whole time we were standing there ordering. They said more to each other in Indian than they did to us in English… WTF? The bread was dry and tasted like a yoga mat.

OMG this has got to be the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. I ordered a foot long Turkey and Ham, I think I got maybe four pieces of meat total. The vegetables I got were all bad, wilted lettuce, the stem end of three tomatoes, brownish green peppers, etc. The staff was pretty bad too, no hello, just a what do you want and then it’s x amount. No thank you. Last time I ever go here, luckily there are plenty of other options in the area.

Food is now hit or miss. The bread is more than half the time stale. They are not following there own corporate baking standards. It is not fresh as they are supposed to be. Tried to resolve with the store and they told us they didn’t know when management might or might not be in. The long and short, if you have few standards go here, if they are higher for you than basic, go somewhere else. I will keep you posted, as the duke here on Unilocal I owe it to those who take the time to read this.

Workers there don’t answer your questions & they like to overcharge you when the price is not on the menu. I ordered a 6 inch meat ball marinara. Manager Called me up about a receiving a subway sandwich and when I go over there, No manager and every employee misleads me and makes it out like I don’t know what I’m talking about. What irritated me the most is when both employees asked what was the name of the manager?

Five stars for being Fremont’s best Subway, and trust me, I’ve tried them all. No produce-thieving, order misinterpreting, napkin hoarding insanity here. Every time I’ve come here I’ve left pleased by a fair and civil transaction. I wish the others in this town would follow suit! I’m a sucker for the egg & cheese on flatbread w/all the veggies. I get it every time, and I’m constantly pleased by the consistency of the finished product and the freshness of the veggies. Keep it up, Hub Subway, you’ve got it going on.

Not all Subways are created equal. This one is very skimpy on the toppings. We went there a few times to give it a chance and without fail, the sandwiches are so small. Very small scoops of avocado, skimpy on both meat and veggies. We went to the Subway in Stevenson blvd and to our shock, the same sandwiches are huge. Never went back to this one in the hub again. There is a reason I am not the only one that says this subway is skimpy on the toppings.

Possibly the stingiest/worst Subway I’ve been to. Go to the one on Mowry and Blacow.

Although all of the ingredients they use are fresh, this place is extremely stingy! I ask for«A LOT of olives» and they put 4 olives on my sandwich. And then when I ask for extra, they throw another 2 olives on there. Mind you, these are not«whole» olives, but the chopped up pieces. Great, I get 6 chopped up pieces of olives on my sandwich(which is probably a total of 2 whole olives).

No stars. This Subway is diagusting. Two times now I have been forced to go to this location because they are open later than the others, and both times I have learned my leason. Shame on me. Never again. My daughters sandwich was so hard and stale I had to remake her a sandwich on regular bread, and when I called to complain they didnt even offer a new sandwich! Bad management. Go to the Washington Blvd location, they do not dissapoint.

Subway as a franchise is cool. Here’s the rundown of why this particular one disappointed me: –1 star: they didn’t want to honor a BOGO coupon asking some trivial questions like if the coupon was expired and if it’s actually a subway coupon when the date and brand are clearly printed. –1 star: STINGY on the veggies. LITERALLY4 jalapeño slices, 6 olives, probably a sprinkling of lettuce –1 star: pushy about adding«avocado» aka bagged plain guac. –1 star plus status of you’re dead to me: my bf ordered an Italian BMT and they didn’t put ham– one of the 3 key meats of that kind of sandwich. He took a bite then went up to the counter to ask for the ham and the person there was all«I know I put it in.» My bf showed her his sandwich… then without any word she just handed him 2 slices. wtf? No apologies either! hmmph. Good thing there are other Subways everywhere.

I found this subway sucks! I go to the one by Mowry & Blacow I like them alot better. The subway at the hub overcharges & the owner skimps on meat

In the morning I get the ham, egg, and cheese and during lunch time I get the pastrami, both are delicious! The workers here are friendly and the place is pretty clean. I’ve had bad experiences at other Subway branches but this one hasn’t failed to provide me a tasty sandwich and good service!

I always get the Chicken Bacon Ranch here! Mmm(: Or the BLT. Everything is always great until you have multiple workers and bring multiple friends. Then they totally screw up your order and just charge you for two of the same thing. I would gigve 3.5 stars if I could.

A new Subway popped into town — over at the Fremont Hub! This placed used to be a small jewelry store. I was glad to see that a Subway was coming soon — and so close to home! To me all Subways are similar, some are skimpy on their toppings, in which I just simply ask for more. Had to grab a $ 5 foot long — just because its a good deal. Place was clean and smelled of fresh bread — good service. So glad that one came up nearby, its located next to Safeway, next to Fantastic Sams.
