Subway

This Subway is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. For a foot long sandwich they were trying to give me 4 slices of turkey instead of the 8 which is standard and they pretty much cut every ingredient in half as well. I asked for some spinach and she counted four leaves of spinach. The bread was hard and definitely one or two days old.

Last time I went here they burned the bread and gave it to me hoping that i wouldnt notice because I was on my ohone. I looked at them like «are you serious?» And i just left

This is the WORST Subway I have ever been to. The bread is DAY OLD or longer! I have been here twice. The first time thinking that the Mission Subway cooked the bread too long — it’s the same thing — OLD BREAD! DO NOT EAT HERE! When discussing this with the person behind the counter, he played stupid, «noooo, I doint ause a dey o bled? WTH??? Get a lesson in English. He does use ‘o bled’…and this place is disgusting. I threw away the nasty sandwich. I will never eat here again, and neither should anyone else. I am actually contacting Subway headquarters directly to complain. This place should be shut down!

Was not greeted when I walked in. Asked for extra mayo, did not get it. Asked for extra onions and green peppers, did not get them. Asked for extra again, and got 3 more onion slices and 2 more green pepper slices. Handed her a coupon for buy one 6 inch, get one free with any size drink purchase. She did not ask what size drink I wanted, just assumed I wanted a small. Stuck my hand out for my change and she tossed the coin over to me across the counter. She walked away from me so fast I could not even thank her nor did she care to thank me or say anything to me after my change. Veggies taste unwashed, noticed they are cut way smaller and thinner than all other subways. They’re obviously trying to save money. Sandwich is nasty. I Eat at a different subway 4 times a week all over the entire Bay Area and this was definitely the worst. Will not be back.

My wife works at Ohlone college and we meet up for lunch from time to time. We decided to meet at Subway which walking distance for her from the college and something somewhat healthy for our two small children. I personally had never had a bad experience at this location other than the owners trying to save money and usually only have one to two people working even in the busiest of times which make for long waiting periods not only to make your sandwich but because they also have to run the register and this should really be a three man operation at the very least. Anyway it took about 20 minutes to get our sandwiches and pay, which is way toooo long. I always fill out the survey on the back of the receipt to receive a free cookie as my daughter loves the small treat and I figure I can help the company by giving them some feedback. Well after filling out the survey and getting the redemption code I go up to the register and begin to get ignored by the middle aged Indian female and the younger Indian male. After a few minutes of waiting the people that had just had their sandwiches came over and the middle aged Indian woman completely ignored me like I wasn’t even there. I then told her that I had been waiting and that I only wanted the free cookie. At this time she proceeded to blatantly lie to me by saying that the cookie can only be redeemed on the next visit. Now mind you I do this all the time and have never had an issue. I then informed her that I know better than that and that I didn’t appreciate being lied to. She proceeded to ring the customers and then told me that the system didn’t allow her to process the code on the same day. I told her again that she was lying to me and that I wanted the cookie that was due to me for completing the survey and that what she was saying was nowhere listed either on the back of the receipt or on
. She then grabbed a bag and stuffed a cookie, not of my choice into a bag and threw it on the counter, I told her that the cookie she had thrown was not the one my daughter wanted. She then placed the correct one in the bag and again threw it on the counter and proceeded back to taking and making the next order.
One of my wife’s co-​workers also had a run in with her as my wife’s friend wanted Spinach on her sandwich and called it Spinach Lettuce to which the same middle aged woman got in a shouting match saying it wasn’t lettuce it was Spinach. What does it matter what its called? In retail rule number one customer is king and they are always right within reason.
This location needs to be reviewed by Subway Corporate for their efficiency and customer service etiquette.

Food is not fresh and guys are rude. They dont know the difference between toasted and hot

This Subway is just… unprofessional. I actually had to wait upwards of 20 minutes for the two employees to get through three people with a total of only FOUR sandwiches. Definitely not someplace I’ll be coming back to.

I had a terrible experience here. The only reason I keep coming back is that I am a hungry Ohlone student. The employees don’t listen very well, and almost avoid eye contact when handling my money or card. Money is a personal thing and you think someone might smiling when giving you your money back. Not even a have a nice day.

it took them 1 whole month to get back to me
and the email is not from
, it is from a random people so the email looks like a scam junk email
i google the phone number, found out it is a legit subway rep in the east bay
it is very bad, and i heard complants on a regular basis

This place is a ripoff multiple times. Over the time of past months, national TV promo, that I have watched of the $ 5 footlong limited time special is not honored here exactly – there is always some fine print that this place does not participate. Granted I can see and hear the TV commercial say JanuANY 2014 is only for regular sandwiches, not premium and supreme, but the TV commercial tells you «Subway Club» is a $ 5 footlong, the Subway national internet menu shows the Subway Club as a $ 5 footlong, well here the Subway Club is not a regular sandwich, thus not a special. Yes, I agree also the service is terrible, they don’t care if you don’t come back. Skip this Subway, terrible service, and they will find some excuse not to honor any national promotion.

This place is getting worse for service. The guy kamal gets our orders wrong, says it’s our fault. Food seems more dry and less than usual…

They made my sandwich how I asked them to. Hasn’t ever been very busy on the weekends. I guess they must get a lot of traffic from Ohlone College during the week? No complaints although I think subway overall is cutting back on giving you larger portions of veggies on their sandwiches.

Worst subway I have ever been to, the workers here do not seem to care about their jobs or customer service. I wanted a meatball sandwich, they said they were out of meatballs. I know for a fact that they have meatball in the freezer that they can defrost. I will NEVER come back to this place again.

Doesn’t get better than a 5 $ foot long! I love the BLT on Italian herbs on cheese, but ever since I started eating healthier I opt to the plain turkey on wheat bread. Which is still delicious in my opinion. If you’re watching what you eat, lay off the spreads/​dressings! Oh & from what I remember the cookies are delicious!

Not sure why this Subway location has so many one star reviews.
I came here on a weekday, perhaps 9 – 10 AM and ordered my delicious toasted flat bread sandwich. I was the only customer, and the sandwich artist made my food without giving me any sass or difficulty. This is just a normal Subway. Veggies didn’t look pristine or even 80% fresh, but no big deal *shrug*

Imma start off by saying this: subway is a franchise and must follow universal guidelines. So of course subway is going to taste like any other subway; if it fell short of any standards of subway then the store would be a misrepresentation of the sandwich company.
After that being said, this is one of my favorite subway locations because the people are quick at making sandwiches, pretty polite in comparison to other locations I’ve been to, and the store is always clean. I usually come here to get sandwiches before class twice a week, so this is definitely my go to spot when I’m hungry for a subway.
My only complaint about this location is that the parking lot is really small and it’s hard to find nearby parking sometimes because it shares a lot with a BOA, apartments, and a starbux.

The absolute worst subway I’ve ever been to. My best and I came here because we wanted a Chicken Bacon Ranch, and they forgot the Chicken!

Green tomatoes. Yuck. But its near the campus and relatively inexpensive for lunch.

I always get a tomato and olive sandwich disguised as a Veggie Delite.
The guy that always makes my sandwich has always been nice (and is generous on the toppings), but beware! There was one time when one of the workers was scratching his back and then made my sandwich): Ewww…
This place usually gives me more olives than other places…
