I wish I can give no stars. They are rude! I walked in today with a coupon from the mobile texts I get from Subway. The lady told me we don’t take those coupons. These coupons come straight from corporate to promote mobile texts. This subway doesn’t care about the people and don’t want to help the people with the coupon. Avoid at all costs.

Stopped by on a sunday, everything seemed fine until we went to eat our sandwiches and found that the bread was barely suitable to feed to the birds. What a waste of what appeared to be a good sandwich was made horrible by the day + old bread.

1. Mostly clean 2. Easy parking. 3… If you want subway I would avoid this one. They resent friendliness. Very rude and are just there to make a little money and go home. I have seen more than a few confrontations between them and customers and it all had to do with the amount of disrespect they serve. Avoid.

Pros — it’s clean, and close to home, cons — They never have ice tea made, they don’t run the air Conditioner so you don’t want to sit in there on a hot spring day like today. When you order a salad they skimp on the quantity. Subway franchise should pay a visit.

Do not ever come to this subway! Very rude employees and bad service! They make messy nasty sandwiches! Also do not go to the one on Grimmer Blvd! Experienced the exact same thing!

There’s this one Indian lady that’s kind of old and she’s extremely rude, Everytime I come she has the worst attitude towards customers and always makes me feel like I’m not wanted here, makes me not even want to come here anymore because of her attitude and her disgusting face she always got when ur ordering. That’s the only one that’s rude though I hope she gets fired. The rest are fine especially the young looking lady, she’s really nice.

Decent subway location at best. I usually don’t eat subway that much but when I do, I go here because it’s close to my house. The people are a little friendly, but the service could definitely be much, much faster.

Poor customer service. Rude employee who was rushing customers(even though I was the only customer there), very rude! Extremely disappointed Subway!

Not a very good franchise. My fiancé and I stopped in here for a late lunch. It’s located inside a small plaza next to CVS — this mall is dead, seriously. The mall is so dark & desolate, it’s pretty easy to miss from the street. Anyways, I don’t know if their A/C was broken or what, but it was uncomfortably steamy inside the restaurant. On top of that, they really skimp out on the toppings. My fiancé asked for spinach, and the employee gave him a small handful. He asked for a little bit more, and she literally pinched and picked up one leaf from the bin, and put it on the sub. LOL, who does that? We had to ask for more on almost every topping we ordered, and no, we weren’t asking for an unreasonable amount! There are PLENTY of other Subway locations that will willingly give you a big, fulfilling sub — go elsewhere!

It’s clean and the service is good, but the coffee was only lukewarm and the food seemed to be a bit older(like maybe 2⁄3 day old veggies). Still edible and fine, just not as crisp.

Found this location after trying to go to the Subway on Mission Blvd, but they weren’t honoring the deals that I got in a Subway email(Free 6″ sub with $ 25 gift card purchase, and 2 footlongs for $ 10 after 4PM) I came here and the two guys working were very friendly. They had both of the deals advertised, so I got my 6″ sub. They piled on the veggies when I asked for more. I’m learning that not every Subway location is created equal… I’ll definitely come back here!

Worst subway I have ever been in. They are so stingy with putting there ingredients. At times, they don’t have all the ingredients. I will never step foot into this place again. Sorry!

This place is terrible. I am sitting here waiting for my friends to order their sandwiches. There are 2 people in front of them and 3 workers, but ONLY one person is working, a kid. There is one guy at the register staring at the line as it grows longer and probably the kids mom standing behind the counter just watching as well. This is terrible service and id never want to come back here. They have great location with a lot of foot traffic, but how can you not capitalize on it? We’ve waited about 20 minutes just to order. Management here is useless, maybe fourth time is a charm.

I’m somewhat surprised by the previous reviews, but it’s been a year since anyone has reviewed this place and I’d venture to guess that it’s gotten better?(I don’t have much to compare it to, other than perhaps… back in 2005 when my brother’s friend worked here. He was a big fan of hitting on me all the time though, so I didn’t come here very often.) I’ve only ever gotten two types of sandwiches here. 1) $ 6 oven-roasted chicken with lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, red onions, cucumbers — if you toast it, they charge tax. 2) $ 5 orchard chicken salad with… lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, red onions, cucumbers They’re awesome, filling, a good deal, and they don’t skimp on the ingredients… What’s not to like? :]

I visit this subway at least once a week, but I don’t think I will return after seeing the owner/manager? sweeping food remnants off the benches ANDTABLES with the nasty broom he used to sweep the floor. He did spray the tables with a blue liquid from a squirt bottle after, but still that is disgusting.

They were really good when they opened up, but this place has been going downhill because management has changed 3 times within the past 4 years, and it’s not getting better — it’s getting worse. They’ll add more veggies if you ask them to, but if you don’t, then expect a very un-veggified sandwich. I ordered a sandwich platter last year from this subway — they were doing VERYVERY well at the time. I hope they start doing better because they’re good people.

I hate this place with a fiery passion. Can you give half a star? Subway is already on my «gross sandwich» list, but their $ 5 footlongs suckered me in. I had a craving for a tuna sandwich and must have had a sudden brain fart when I decided to go there. I could taste the metal can on the fish. I completely blew it with satisfying my craving and have been hating myself all day. Why didn’t I go to the Cheese Taster?! May I also add, tuna salad without ribbed celery is not up to par tuna salad. Even though I said very clearly and concisely in the beginning what I did and did not want on my sandwich, they had to ask me per step again, and again. How hard is it to remember«no mustard, no onions»?! I refuse to believe it was a matter of stupidity– rather, it was a case of plain disregard. I am also picky about cleanliness. Her hair was not pulled back, and I watched her rinse the tips of her fingers without soap before picking up some used gloves to make my sandwich. She also wrapped the sandwich from its edge which means when I unrolled it, it was on its face, with the fillings spilled out. I am so angry they ruined my love of tuna sandwiches. I saw a rat in the Taco Bell(same parking lot), but rodents can be cute and their tacos don’t taste like feet. I should’ve saved that $ 5 and bought a pack of cigarettes to temper the stress that sandwich caused me.
