I met Yogi through my late husband. When we informed him that we were ready to buy he was absolutely awesome during the home selling/buying process. When my husband first contacted Yogi about buying he stated for us to wait a little while longer as the prices would eventually go down and I would be able to get a better deal. During this time my mom wanted to sell my grandmothers home in San Francisco and Yogi was the 1st person I contacted to help with this process. I really found out who Yogi was at that time, he was great, he explained everything to us through-out the whole process. He was able to answer any and all questions we had. To this day, my sisters and I call Yogi our brother. When Yogi finally told us it was the right time to buy, we were pre-approved for a home and we started looking. Unfortunately, 2 weeks later my husband passed away. I was distraught and Yogi was right by my side offering any help I may have needed. He gave me the space I needed regarding the home buying process, which I know most sales people would start contacting you about buying again in a couple of weeks. When I was finally ready, Yogi started the house hunting process for me. After a few months of looking, Yogi called me about a home in Hayward that he was actually doing another realtor a favor by having an open house for him(which lets you know about his character). When I went to look at the home, I was sold. Yogi did everything in his power to make sure I got a great deal. Right now, I have about 50,000−70,000 in equity, thanks to Yogi working overtime for me. I strongly recommend Yogi whether it’s selling or purchasing a home. He is extremely professional and bends over backwards to help his clients. I would use Yogi again in a heartbeat as well as recommending him. I chose to write this letter because I want whoever he’s doing business with a little insight to Yogi as a person. He’s a family man who has 2 beautiful daughters and loves them unconditionally and talks about them highly. You won’t regret doing business with him as he treats his clients like family. I hope this review helps someone that is considering purchasing or selling their home to give Yogi a chance, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

There are few people, you feel good about recommending. Yogi is definitely the one. He sold my house in San Jose. Made almost hassle-less for me. On the top of that, when he is on your side, he takes your stress away. Yogi is what I call, Perpetual-Happiness-Engine. I do not know, where he gets all his energy, but by just talking to him will make you feel good about life. If you are on the market, just call him. You will get an honest realtor and a great personal counselor :)

«Yogi Singh» is such a terrific agent. He has been in the business for 30 years, and just knows so much about the industry. His knowledge on houses is tremendous. He sees houses as products, and is able to quickly tell you what are the good /bad aspect of the property I sold our home in the Fremont/Newark area and was very impressed with the experience and knowledge«Yogi Singh» possessed about the homes and Fremont/Hayward locality. Right from the beginning of the selling process, Yogi advised on how to improve our property to maximize the value. Yogi provided a referral for a contractor and kept a close eye on progress during construction and remodeled the house. He provided an excellent open house experience with attractive staging and flyers. Initially I made him wait 3-months because after I decided to sell my house and I signed the contracts with him, there was an unforeseen visit from relatives who stayed with us for couple of months. Despite signing the contract, Yogi never asked once or pressurized. Instead he encouraged me to take care of my relatives first. «Yogi» is someone who is ONLY interested in providing you an outstanding service and to truly *truly* «SERVE» you. It’s rare to find such people and he would go to any extent to serve for anyone. He is a veteran and he breathes and lives by the motto to «Serve».
