Years back, I took up bowling once again after taking many years off from the sport. I found Marlon of 12 in A Row at his old location in Woodhaven, and he’s always supportive of my bowling style, very respectful, and has become a good friend in the process. Every time he’s suggested a ball, it works out great; he’s the best at matching a ball to a bowler’s personal style. Sure, in a pinch, I’ve used other pro shops in the area, but I usually get the old song and dance — the pro thinks he knows better than you do, or tries to upsell (or in some cases, charges extra for things like thumb slugs if he thinks you’re a «mark»). Marlon is the opposite: A knowledgeable pro who offers great products at fair price. I couldn’t ask for more, and I’m never going anywhere else. Take it from me — call Marlon or his staff if you need a ball or advice. He’s the very best at what he does.

This is a pretty sweet pro shop. They have everything that you could need. Lots of bowling balls and shoes, as well as a ton of accessories. Marlon, the owner is a great guy. He is very knowledgable about anything bowling. All balls are drilled in house. Conveniently located in jib lanes just inside the front door.
