Personally, for my own prescriptions, I have no trouble with them at all but now, they are under the management of Walgreens. Oh, and they just paved the parking lot, so that’s a plus.

Since when does a customer calling in have priority over a walk in customer? I was standing at the counter for less than a minute while the cashier(older woman not a kid) was chit chatting to a customer standing next to me while they were purchasing their items. The person was finished, the phone rang, and the clerk picked up the phone, spoke for several seconds and then proceeded to say hold on to the phone caller. The clerk then said to me «I will only be a minute» and walked away. I was only going to purchase one item, which I could’ve bought in the store next door, and therefore that was my deciding factor to walk out. and purchase the item next door. I came back after purchasing the item to let them know I went elsewhere because of their practice of helping a call-in customer prior to someone standing right in front of them. While I stood at the counter the woman and her manager were stocking items behind the counter. The manager looked at me and proceeded to go back to stocking the items, rather than asking what he could do for me or if I needed help. I was only going to express my disappointment, which I could’ve done while they continued restocking items. I was also ignored by the same cashier as she continued to restock items. This was around noon, so it was not during off hours. This is the main reason why retailers are suffering. Consumers have multiple options of purchasing items online or elsewhere. Sellers beware when you have a customer standing in front of you, proceed to tell the person on the phone to hold for a moment while you at least acknowledge the person that has taken the time to walk into your store.

This place has really improved over the years and is getting even better. They are currently renovating and you can tell it is going to be a lot nicer. They have two levels which makes it automatically better than most of the pharmacies nearby. The pharmacy techs there are the best. They are very knowledgable and helpful.

Just another typical franchise which is sells like any other convenience store. They carry the same variety of products but maintain their high prices most of the time. The weekly sales are never appealing. Why shop here when you can get better value elsewhere? *Hint: the store next door*
