This is a good community to live in and raise a family with afforable rent and that is why the waiting lists to get an apartment here are super long. There are also a lot of by the book restrictions after you move in. Mandatory renters insurance, carpeting, regulations against pets(yet I see some people still get away with it somehow) also a lot of nickel and diming fee’s like lockout fee(it’s not like they have to break in, they have a copy of all the keys) airconditioning fee, fee for extra keys, and every year they are strict about renewing and checking all your tax and employment information etc. The maintenance is decent when you get one of the good guys on call, other times you will wait and they forget about you until you call back. They are also finicky about which repairs they are willing to handle in your apartment and which they claim are not their responsibility. The size of the apartment is decent and never really had many issues living here and it’s been about ten years now. Not much has changed in that time with the exception of rent increases of course and a few new rules about not playing instruments and a few more minor things.
