I don’t think this starbucks is any worse than any other starbucks. Line is crazy at times but that’s to be expected if you stop in during rush hours. Make sure to stop in and try something from their new summer menu. They have a rainbow of flavors.

The slowest and most disorganized Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The average wait time for a single drink is about 5 minutes during off peak time. The set up is so awkward, so the line is always so long. There’s never a place to sit since there’s not enough seats for the amount of people that come here. I find that the baristas aren’t as friendly either. I try to avoid coming here as much as possible and only come when I’m desperate for my fix. Your best bet is to put in a mobile order and hope for the best. The customers here are also possibly the rudest bunch of people I’ve ever encountered. Just stay away and drive a few miles down to be Little Neck location on Horace Harding. It’s a less stressful environment.

I’ve passed by this Starbucks many times when I’m in the Fresh Meadows Shopping Complex. This Starbucks is quite spacious and there’s a free parking lot as well. My boyfriend and I did a mobile order on a Venti Iced Coffee, but rather than having a quick order, the wait was about 10 minutes. Other customers were frustrated at how slow and inconsistent it was as well. Our drink was finally made to order, but I really wasn’t expecting a long wait especially since we made an advanced order. The baristas are quite slow at this Starbucks as well. Although this Starbucks is very convenient, I feel the service isn’t up to par. I’ve definitely been to a better Starbucks with exceptional service.

I just went into the location like I always do after the movies with my hubby. I order my drink and have the nice lady my recovery card. Now everyone knows that you could only get one if your experience wasn’t pleasant. So the nice lady at her till said to me. I don’t think they activated your card that is what it’s showing me. So now the shift supervisor come over to me. Question me like I just stole the whole cash register. She said to me oh Miss where did you get this from who have this to you. ASIF!!! So embarrass I said to the nice lady who was taking care of me at first. Its okay I will pay for my drink and you could keep the card for that matter. 4.00 can’t pay for much and to be. Question to that degree really qasnt worth the interrogation. Just to think that is why I had the recovery in the first place. Thanks shift supervisor for doing such a terrible job!!!

Perks of this Starbucks are the free parking lot and various shops around this area. The drinks here are not consistent, sometimes the barista makes it good and sometimes not so good. Maybe it depends on the barista’s mood? Not sure, but I come here just for the convenience of my coffee craving. I usually encounter long lines here, so this location is still kinda meh to me, but there is no other choice unless I go to a further location. Sigh. Oh wells, I’m still a Starbucks fan but just not this branch.

This location is always a busy zoo, but I like the big parking lot because it makes going here pretty easy. I don’t know if it’s bc it’s Queens lol, but there are always plenty of weirdos at this location in comparison to the locations by me in Suffolk! This location seems dirty, limited seating, dirty bathroom, and busy, so I just get my coffee and get out of there! Come for an Americano with coconut milk and get a chocolate cake pop. The chocolate pop is only 140 calories! Yum! It’s covered in milk chocolate and moist(such a strange word lol) with chocolate chips inside, soooo good!

This is the second review. I come here whenever I am in the fresh meadows area. I never had any problems with the service and coffee. Today I came here with my sister for breakfast and coffee. Well the line was short and moved quick. The barista that took my order was rude and poor in customer service etiquette. I ordered my drink and breakfast sandwich. She placed the wrong drink order and we noticed it right away and notified her to let her she put in the wrong order. Instead of apologizing she rudely said«I know. My fingers slipped.» The sandwiches took ten minutes to make/heat up. Nevertheless when the baristas change you can’t expect customer service quality to stay the sane or improve.

Growing up in fresh meadows and schooling in fresh meadows, this has always been my go to Starbucks. There’s nothing wrong with the coffee or baristas but it’s way too small. The store can’t accommodate many customers considering its in a district surrounded by schools(maybe that’s the point.) The lines can get pretty long depending on the day and time. Warning that most of the baristas don’t look happy to be there, but again it is retail.

Rush hour times are crazy. The lines are very long and the barristas don’t move fast enough to handle the crowd. They are friendly during the day but the night shift is not friendly at all. They are short and dismissive.

Always looks not clean. I was waiting on a long line this morning, but the cashier forgot me. I asked two cold coffee, but they gave me one cold one hot without any sorry. Won’t go back again.

To those complaining about long lines and«rude» staff are people who don’t deal with the customers who we, the people who work at that shopping center, deal with. For starters, it’s a smaller sized Starbucks and the lines are long because a LOT of people travel to that location and actually WANT to be there. It’s not the staff’s fault the store’s size is the way it is. Also, if you think the staff is rude or whatever, you clearly do not know them as they actually joke around with customers, remember their names/orders, and have fun in a VERY fast paced, VERY tiny work space. They are doing what they can with the resources/room they are given. If you want to be a snooty customer, not want to wait, and spend $ 7 on some high class/fancy shmancy coffee, go make your own coffee at home. Yes, the drinks may take a little while to be made. That’s only because they have about 7 orders to do before they can start making yours. Patience is a virtue people. Sadly, common sense isn’t common anymore. Mistakes do happen, especially when in the food/drink business in general. I can guarantee that people who complain about the staff making mistakes mess up making their own dinner, let alone mistakes at their own job from time to time. I will gladly continue to support this location and their staff. They’ve always been courteous, kind, and pleasant towards me/my co-workers.

I don’t understand why the line is ALWAYS out the door and why they ALWAYS Ness up drink orders. No really, it’s beyond frustrating. By the way after you pay 4 $ for your drink, the batista is always nasty to top it off. Thanks ! :)

Oyy. This branch of starbucks is… not so great. 1. If you mess up my simple tall blonde coffee, don’t give it to me. I saw you accidentally pour pike in the cup and then try to cover it up by filling the rest of the cup with my blonde roast. 2. Don’t give bs policies about not giving out free drinks in the venti size if I want to redeem my reward. 3. Lay out the soy milk. We don’t eat to be asking for it all the time. Every afternoon. Literally.

If only I had another starbucks closer!!! This place has staff who are so disorganized morning and night. They can never get things right and on time. It’s so frustrating but I need my starbucks in the mornings. For some reason, their double shots taste like single shot. I seriously suspect them for skipping my shots. And no I don’t usually order double shots at other locations as their single is enough! Not here tho.

This place is so small. It’s great for a coffee to go when it’s not crowded but don’t expect to sit down and enjoy it here. Honestly I don’t like coming to this Starbucks as much as other locations. Sometimes I actually forget that it’s even here. Parking is good in the free lot out back and there are several other stores nearby to do some shopping. The store itself is usually clean enough and the employees are decent but not overly friendly. I’ve never tried any of the food here because there are better places for food in the area.

Love the people. Love the coffee(depending who’s on the bar, you know who you are *heart). Hate the lines. But life is not perfect and in this case you must wait if you want your coffee. I want to reiterate to everyone that reads this review. «Please wrap the line around the pastry case or else you will be blocking the door.» It might seem simple but if everyone followed this rule the line would not only be shorter, you would probably get in and out much quicker. The«dranks» My winter time go to drink is a double tall two pump no foam no whip white mocha. Lol okay sometimes I get whip, but I deserve it ;). Re steaming milk is NEVER okay. Other times, I get iced double tall hazelnut soy lattes, iced coffees, or shaken iced teas. Never let baristas trick you by swirling. Swirling is lazy, if I wanted my tea swirled would swirl it myself. Teas should ALWAYSBECOLD and shaken! The food A lot of people were upset and crying when they got rid of the old food and rolled out la Boulange. However, I believe it’s one one the best things that has ever happened to Starbucks. The whole point of la Boulange was because corporate wanted to revamp the food portion of the company to make it just as good as the drinks. Those of you still upset saying, «oh no my reduced fat turkey bacon is gone,» please get over it in all its processed glory and try something new. The new food is fresher and better. Try the new sandwiches, chocolate croissant, or one of the squares. Yum yum! Shoutout to PK and the darker side of midnight(and everyone else of course)!

Although this is New York, and we like our coffee quick… do not expect to roll in at 6:30 am and to receive your coffee immediately. Like I thought I would. Before I even ordered, I saw a man who was waiting for his coffee. Let’s just say I ordered, was waiting for my Pumpkin Spice Latte(which was delishhhhhh), got my coffee(it took a while), and his order still wasn’t ready. It’s rush hour, if you have four employees working behind the counter, please do your best to speed it up and make it quick. People have to get to work. And I’m not just being snotty. It’s the truth.

I had a great experience at this Starbucks. I came here on a coffee run for a few co-workers and everything was perfect. Great service with a smile. No confusion on 4 different coffees. For the first time EVER, I noticed they had a man playing a song on a guitar. He sounded great! I never put together if he was hired or if he was a customer, I was too amazed to ask. This I expect in Manhattan, not Fresh Meadows! I felt like I got a bonus w my coffee purchase. Will definitely be back to see if I run into guitar man again, lol!

Pros: Lots of free parking in the HUGE lot out back. Relatively clean. Great neighborhood. Great location next to other nice food venues. Cons: So small… The few seats they have are almost always taken up. And it’s not like the ppl who take the seats stay for a little while and go. NOPE. They hog the seats for HOURS and DAYS. –_–

As far as Starbucks goes, this one is very consistent. I’m satisfied with the drinks. If I ask for my beverage to have a little more or less of something, the staff is accommodating. Lines can be a bit long on the weekend, as with most Starbucks; but they keep moving in a good pace and don’t seem to botch up orders. At time, s I’ve gone in solely for Verismo espresso pods. For the most part, they generally have them in stock but a few times they did not. Today, I tried the new Oprah Chai Latte(iced). Not sure if the only difference is that a small portion goes to a charity. As far as Chai Latte goes it tastes good. I can hear Oprah saying«Kate’s going home with a Chai Latteeeeeee!!!» And, I’m all smiles.
