An interior designer came in, showed product and took measurements of our home. I let her know I would contact her once our escrow closed. Over the next two weeks, she kept calling and texting wanting to come back and confirm. I get the business aspect of sales, but it became overbearing to where we felt sorry for her. It became almost desperate for the sale that she became bothersome. Not what we need after moving two homes and dealing with two escrows, two kids and two jobs. I let her know I would contact her. What happened? She contacted me anyways. Oye… Decided to go with another company.

The appointment was good the salesperson was good. The pricing was a little high. They had the style blinds I wanted with the ½ arch. Well the blinds were installed and there was a problem with the installation and the arch had to be reordered. One of the blinds is too narrow I can see out through the sides. I mentioned this to the installer several times and customer service. I sent pictures also. Customer service said the installer never reported the problem and when he comes back to install my arch he can take pictures and take a look at it. Hello he did nothing before why do I think he will do something now. I feel like I am being strung along and wasting my time. Right now the blinds do not look right. The installer just tells me that is the way these blinds are. I am really disappointed in these blinds. I spent a large amount of money and I expected better of 3 day blinds. update to review– The arch was replaced but the gaps were not addressed and I contacted customer service and have had no response.

Never again, the blinds are cheap looking and they got half of the window sizes wrong. Waiting for them to redo 4 windows. What a nightmare!
