The place has gotten worse. My favorite receptionist is still there. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk at all. But I did hear someone ask did «I have an appointment.» I said yes to the Phantom but could see a woman in the hallway doing her makeup. It was the receptionist and she would help me once she was finished. Or as she said «in a minute» the entire appointment was rushed, from x-Rays, to the cleaning and 5 minutes (I had questions) I spent the dentist.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone well maybe «the Donald».

I’ve been going here for about ten years and I love it. The staff know you and treat you like family. Mary is amazing. I always feel comfortable and know I’m getting a great deal when I go. My kids actually don’t mind going to the dentist. The staff knows how to make my kids feel «okay» and not scared when they go.

The service and follow-up is terrible! They have strung me along for 2 months on confirmation of getting my daughter’s wisdom teeth extracted. When I took her for her 1^st visit it smelled in there, they brought out a kid and left him unattended as he walked around spitting blood anywhere he could. That made me sick. They took my daughter, told me that I couldn’t go and then w/o my consent, put 2 BS caps on her teeth. Now I’m on hold as she actually makes the call. I need this done, as my daughter has a full summer. They never can find her in the system when I call. I know they have to have a high school diploma but they talk and act on a junior high school level. I’m very disappointed!!!
