I called 5 or 6 places and this was the one that could help me within 20 minutes. The person who answered the phone was nice and spoke clearly.
The man who arrived was very nice– a grandfatherly type. Not sure if he does this with everyone, but he pointed out the evangelical acronym on the back of his business card to me, so if you’re willing to deal with that, he’ll open your car up AND make you a new spare key. While I’m not a fan of evangelism with customers, I did appreciate the overall friendly and fast service.
