I don’t recommend it my nails came out different shapes and sizes and she was just so careless as if she was in a hurry

Horrible service. Ai is so very rude and disrespectful. Will never come here again. Don’t waste your time or money on this dump.

I was not happy with this place. Service was horrible! I went in for a mani pedi and the young lady took forever. The owner realized how long I had been there and had to take over, but by then he rushed thru mani because they were backed up. My gel lifted the next day!!! I would not come here again.

I have been coming here for years! Love love love Ming! All the people here are friendly and they do a great job. They always work around my schedule to accommodate me. Very clean environment! Highly recommend this place.

Wasn’t too happy about my pedicure. The polish was chipping off the next day. They spoke to each other in their language the whole time; kind of rude.

Another regular spot of mine for years. Ai owns the shop. She does the best acrylics and manicures. I love her pink & whites. Her mom who I also call«mom» is the best with mani’s and pedi’s. There is never a wait, maybe 10 minutes but Sundays can get busy here but If you have the time it’s worth it. It’s inexpensive, clean, and a nice environment. They are usually open Tues-Sun 9−7pm

I would give Ai Nails less then one star if possible. The worst service I have ever had! They are so rude, especially Ai herself. I was treated horribly for requesting a certain person to do my pedicure. It was awful being talked to that way. I will never go there again and I will tell others not to go there too. I definitely will not recommend Ai Nails, unless you want to be treated like dirt.

Service was just ok and they were not friendly. They kept speaking their language and laughing making customers feel uncomfortable

I go to Ai every 2 – 4 weeks to get my nails done. Usually rockstar. I have never had a problem with them lifting. Sometimes I do have to wait a while to be seen but it’s usually pretty quick without an appointment. The price is a little higher than some others I’ve tried but the quality is much better. I pay $ 35 to take off my old rockstars and redo with a new color. I’ve had a few different people do them there and all have done a good job. I’d definitely recommend them :)

Staff were kind and did a great job– overall great customer service! They were gentle and the massage chairs were just right. I’d say for twenty bucks you get a pretty great pedicure!

Let me also start off by saying that I travel alot for work and faithfully use Unilocal when looking for local greatness. Usually it does me pretty well. This time? Not so much. I had a nail dilemma in Fresno, so I look on Unilocal and find this place. Pretty decent reviews so I take my chances. This is the first time Unilocal had let me down miserably. I don’t make an appointment, which isn’t a problem because they’re completely empty… problem #1. On a Saturday afternoon, most nail places are swarmed with people. I don’t think anything of it because I just need to fix my nail and change the polish. The polish options are okay, at best. They have MAYBE30 colors… problem #2. I choose a color and everything goes fine until I’m finished. THEYHAVENOWAYTODRYTHENAILS. I’m sitting in the chair still and the technician just walks away and starts getting her own nails done. WHAT?! So I’m sitting in the chair after 5 minutes and I ask around for a place to dry my nails. A random technician came up to me and said«ohhhh yeah you have to just wait 20 minutes.» Then put my shoes on and promptly sent me on my way. Needless to say, I had to sit in my car with the AC blowing on my hands and feet for 10 minutes before I even left the parking lot. It was truly a miracle that I didn’t completely demolish my paint. UGHHH! Never again.

closed Sundays now?! Went on a Monday around 5. pedicures for my mama and I before a relaxing week at the beach. We were walk ins and only had to wait about 3 minutes before we were seated in the chairs. I had an older woman that didn’t talk much but she did a very good job. My mom had a younger girl that was super talkative and spoke good English. She was really sweet and funny. The owner came in while we were there and a few of the regulars were greeted with hugs from her. I will return here for a pedicure in the future. Regular pedicure-$ 20 Spa pedicure-$ 25(regular pedicure plus callus remover. great deal)

I love Ai nails. I have been getting my nails done there for a very long time and they have quality work. The pedicures given by the mother are incredible but you have to book with her. Tey only charge you $ 25.00 and the pedicure lasts a long time. I live in La and they are even betters than any nails place I have been to there. I always look forward to coming back to Ai nails to get my pedi and mani!

In a word, SHADY. Walked in, looked at the price list and saw«Pedicure $ 20» Was invited to have a seat. Stated«I want a pedicure. That’s 20 bucks right?» Answer, «Twenty Dollar.» Ok fine. Sat down and soaked my feet in a barely lukewarm water bath, had my nails trimmed, cuticles tended, complete with some painful pokes and painful twisting of my right big toe, and then had some lotion rubbed into my legs and feet for about 5 minutes per leg. The massage chair locked up and quit working about halfway through and the padding was so thin I had a lower back and butt ache too. Started praying for this thing to hurry up and finish so I could get the hell out of there. Finally my nails get polished and it’s time to go. Walk up front to pay and am told«Twenty Five dollar». I say, «The sign says 20». He replies, «That’s for regular pedicure, no massage». I didn’t bother to argue but give me a damn break. Five dollars extra to have lotion half heartedly rubbed into my legs. Seriously? It wasn’t even a massage by any stretch of the imagination and NOBODY charges extra for the massage anyway. It’s part of a pedicure in any salon you go to. That’s why they teach it in beauty school as part of the service. Yes, I do have first hand knowledge. The rub is that for 20 bucks I’d have gone back just for the convinience factor if he’d just charged me 20 bucks as agreed up front instead of trying to be shady. Ai got my 25 dollars but it will be the last money they ever see from me and they can count on me to bad mouth them to anyone who will listen.

Great $ 25 spa pedicure that lasted over 45 minutes. Massage chairs were nice. I agree with one of the other reviewers that the place needs better ventilation, but it wouldn’t stop me from returning. I’ll definitely be returning next time I need some pampering!

When I’m looking to be a lady imposter, I really enjoy a nice pedicure. Today’s highlights include: 1. The pedicure lasted approximately one hour and was only $ 25! say what !?! 2. Little to no conversation– i like my feet pampered with little talk, please. 3. The massage chairs provided just the right amount of pressure. Sometimes they leave you feeling abused, but not today. 4. The soft touch– no tickles, no rough scrubbing, no painful clippings The only negative was that sitting in the waiting area can smell a little chemically if someone is having acrylics done next to you… However, I did not notice the smell during my pedicure. Enjoy.

If you are into paying strangers to touch your feet and pamper your toes this is the place to go! My friend and I chose the spa pedi option. Much to our delight, the pedicure and foot/leg massage lasted for an hour! and it was only $ 25! Plus, I really appreciate that they do not talk to you. I hate awkward and forced conversation. They are gentle and very thorough and the massage chairs are adjustable and amazing! Ai could benefit from better ventilation. Upon first entering the smell of chemicals is super intense but I eventually adapted and enjoyed myself(maybe I was high, either way, good times). Also, music would have been nice. Overall a fantastic experience for a great price!
